Ever since I was really little, I loved singing and dancing around the house. My mom noticed I had a lot of energy and talent, so she started recording me and helping me write songs. I was only five when I released my first single, and since then, we’ve been working together nonstop. I’ve performed on big stages, recorded songs with amazing producers, and even got to be on The Ellen Show when I was seven! But honestly, what I love the most is that I get to do all of this with my mom. She’s my manager, my songwriter, my designer, and also my best friend. I feel super lucky that I get to chase my dreams with her by my side.
SM- Who or what inspires you?
My biggest inspiration is my mom — she helps me every single day and never gives up on me. My dad always says, ‘You’re a Corrente’, and that makes me feel strong and proud of who I am. My sister introduced me to dancing when I was really little, and my brother is always playing music at home — they inspire me so much too. In music, I really look up to Grace Adams, Billie Eilish, Tate McRae, and Shakira! I love how they each have their own style and emotions in their songs. They make me want to work harder and be myself.
SM- What are some of your short- and long-term goals?
Some of my short-term goals are releasing new songs and creating music videos for the songs. I also want to keep learning guitar and piano and keep growing on TikTok and YouTube. In the long term, I want to go on tour, perform at big award shows, and even be in a movie or series one day! I also want to be a songwriter and eventually make my own music as a music producer. I think it would be so cool to create songs from start to finish and have people all over the world singing along to something I made.
SM- What are you currently promoting?
Right now, I’m getting ready to start promoting my next singles, and I’m super excited for everyone to hear them! There’s also a big surprise coming soon… I can’t say what it is just yet, but let’s just say I’ve been working really hard on something very special. Stay tuned — it’s going to be amazing!
SM- How do you balance your career and childhood?
It’s not always easy, but I have a great team — and the best part is that my mom is right by my side. We plan everything together, so I still have time to be a kid, go to school, hang out with my friends, and do fun things like cheer and tumbling. I love what I do, but I also love being silly, playing games, and just being Mandy. My family helps me stay grounded, and they always remind me that having fun is just as important as working hard.
SM- What impact can you make on the world at this young age?
I think even at a young age, you can make a big impact just by being yourself and spreading kindness. Through my music and dancing, I want to make people smile, feel confident, and believe in their own dreams. If I can show other kids that it’s okay to be different, to work hard, and to shine in their own way — then I’m already making a difference. And I want to keep doing that, one song at a time.
SM- What do you want your legacy to be?
I want my legacy to be more than just music and performances. I want to be remembered as a child of God, someone who stayed true to who I am and used my gifts to bring light to others. I hope people look back and say that my songs helped them through something or made them smile when they really needed it. I want to inspire kids to dream big, be kind, and never give up — and to know that music can heal, connect, and give you strength in life. That’s the kind of impact I want to leave.
SM- What message are you hoping to get across to the supporters and new fans that’s following your journey?
The message I want to share is that dreams really do come true when you believe in yourself, work hard, and stay kind. I want my supporters and new fans to know that I’m so grateful for every single one of them. Whether you’ve been with me since I was five or just found me today — thank you! I hope my
Mandy Corrente
music and journey remind you to never give up, to be proud of who you are, and to always follow your heart.
SM- What are some other things people can expect from you in the near future?
There’s so much more coming! I’ve been working really hard on new music, but I also want to keep growing in other areas. People can definitely expect to see me doing more acting, which I’m super excited about, and I’ll also keep competing in cheerleading, because I love it and it pushes me to be stronger. I’m always learning, creating, and having fun — and I can’t wait to share it all with you!

SM- Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you ended up pursuing your passion?
I think that I am pretty much like other kids. I enjoy playing sports and hanging out with my family, especially my mom, Raquel Smith. In many ways she is my best friend. We do everything together, including work. She is a Celebrity stylist who works with celebrities and Beyonce’ has been one of her longtime clients. When my mom started KidRaq, our luxury eyewear brand, that’s when we started working together. I am a model and a spokesperson for our company. One day I will be an executive with our company. Between sports, school, traveling and modeling, life can be busy sometimes, but I love it.
SM- Who or what inspires you?
That’s an easy one! My mom inspires me. She has always done whatever it takes to make sure that we have what we need and that we are safe. She has always been a hard worker, and she cares for other people. She is always looking to help others, and she gives very good advice. She tells me that my only competition is myself and always do better than what I did last time. I hope that I am like her. Also, NFL Jacksonville Jaguars player, Travis Hunter, inspires me a lot. He is a person who has overcome a lot to reach his football goals. He finished college with good grades, and he has earned many awards like the Heisman Trophy. I like that he is dedicated, and he is consistent on and off the field. Also, NBA player of the Charlotte Hornets, LaMelo Ball inspires me a lot. He is a very skilled player. He has earned several awards like the NBA All- Star award. I like that he is a dedicated and consistent player during all his games each season.
SM- What are some of your short- and long-term goals?
One of my short-term goals is to keep improving my sports skills and modeling skills. I want to learn as much as I can because that’s how you stay ahead. Also, in terms of my education, I want to continue to be on the A/B honor roll. Oh! I also want to improve my knowledge about how to run a business. My long-term goals are to become a high achiever in business and sports. I would like to earn recognition in the NBA and NFL. I would like to support my mom in growing our company, KidRaq, into a worldwide business.
SM- What are you currently promoting?
I am currently promoting my KidRaq luxury eyewear. Nordstrom, a luxury retailer, offers our eyewear on their website (www.Nordstrom.com). We offer eyewear for both kids and adults with matching styles and optical styles also. You can find us on Instagram and Facebook.
SM- How do you balance your career and childhood?
I balance my career and childhood with the help of my mom. It is always good to have a coach, whether it’s on the field or in life. My mom is good at seeing when things might be going out of balance, and I am getting better at it. I try to find fun in whatever I am doing, whether it is schoolwork or practice or modeling.
SM- What impact can you make on the world at this young age?
I think that I can be an example of what you can achieve when you apply yourself. I put effort into my studies, sports and work. I am 10 years old, and I strive to inspire others. I try to be nice to people by treating them the way that I would like to be treated.
SM- What do you want your legacy to be?
I don’t know exactly what the future holds, but I would like to be known for making a difference with people. Maybe that’s through our KidRaq brand. Maybe it’s through achievements in the NBA and NFL. Or maybe it’s through volunteering in my community.
SM- What message are you hoping to get across to the supporters and new fans that’s following your journey?
I would like to get across a message about possibility. My mom has taught me that people can change when they have clear goals and apply themselves. I would like others to know that each of us can be inspiring in our own way and that it is important to be willing to learn new things, visit new places and have new experiences.
SM- What are some other things people can expect from you in the near future?
They can expect me to make more appearances in media like this one. I am hoping to get into acting, as well. And I have few surprises coming, so stay tuned.
Aubrey Scott
SM- Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you ended up pursuing your passion?
I'm Aubrey Scott, a normal kid from beautiful Denver, Colorado! Like so many other kids, my music journey started with Disney songs. I would sing them over and over, running around the house. And as I got older, my love for singing grew and I started taking on bigger artists, Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston. That’s when my parents really took notice. Now, at just 10 years old, I’m ready for the big lights and excited for what’s ahead!

My short-term goals are to learn something new everyday. So everyday I can accomplish a new goal. One of my long-term goals is to bring FUNetix. The free reading app to as many kids as possible. I want to help the kids that are having problems with reading by bringing them this incredible free app.

SM- What message are you hoping to get across to the people by doing what you do?
The message I'm trying to get across to the people is a closed mouth will always stay a victim. We should be able to express our true feelings and what's troubling us. I also believe some parents need to pay attention to children and teens. I honestly feel we should have "Parents Put Your Phone Down" day. So, some parents can spend quality time with their children/teens. It's a lot of kids that don't have a loving mother, daughter, father, or son relationship. Like me, my mother refuse to abide by the courts. She decided to walk out my life 7 years ago for an abusive boyfriend that threatened to kill me and her. So, at times, in my heart, I feel she replaced me with a little baby brother and sister. (I'm praying that one day she'll to let me meet them). As I mentioned before, "bullies comes from broken homes." One out of every five children, teens, coworkers had been victims of some level of bullying. Almost 40% of that number say that it happens multiple times at school, home, and workplace. Bullying has been known to be the root of many self-esteem issues and even depression and suicide. That's why, I continue advocating against bullying and raising awareness about its harmful effects.
SM- Tell us about what you’re promoting and the details around it?
I'm promoting anti bullying songs, "Step Back No Bullies" "We Must Rise Up, Stop Bullying" and the Brianni Walker "Stop Bullying Me" Nonprofit Organization through music, self-help books, video programs include ways to motivate and build self-confidence help children, teens and adults who might be victims of domestic violence, emotional and physical abuse, child abuse, neglect, abandonment, racism, molestation and wrongfully terminated. Being a music producer for "Girls Make Beats" a music brand to empower the next generation of female DJs, producers, and engineers, and help address the root causes of bullying and educate youth on the gravity of maltreatment. With the hopes of mandating bullying a federal statutory law. My part is essential to bullying it will create a ripple effect worldwide and save lives in the process.
SM- What's unique about this that separates it from the rest?
What's unique about this that separates me from the rest? My uniqueness is having God as my anchor in life. He gives me strength which allow me to have empathy for others. It helps me to stay humbled for my prestigious and enthusiastic exhibition roles I portray in "Dhar Mann." At 15 years old starting Brianni Walker Stop Bullying Me 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, having two anti-bullying songs on all social media platforms keeps me blessed and thankful.
SM- Who was a part of this project that contributed to its success? Who was a part of this project that contributed to its success? I have to say, God, my grandma YaYa, and "Dhar Mann" Inspirational series contributed to my success. Starring in "Dhar Mann" as one of his global teens has giving me a platform and being a survivor from a horrible past encouraged me to do my part on bullying and its adverse effects on millions of kids, teenagers, and adults today. "Step Back No Bullies," and "We Must Rise Up, Stop Bullying" speak about the urgency to stop bullying and hopes that it would contribute to the cause of ending bullying once and for all.
SM- What is the inspiration behind what you do?
The inspiration behind what I do is life experience and how I hurdled obstacles to be where I am today. My activisms extend compassion to perpetrators to understand "what stems a bully," and how "bullies comes from broken homes" to get to the root of why bullies bully.
SM- What are some other things people can expect from you in the near future? For more information visit: https://ms.brianniwalker.godaddysites.com
Other things people can expect from me, hmm, I'm supposed to audition for American Got Talent. I'm going to local schools to perform and address my anti-bully campaign. Gearing up to shoot my first anti-bully feature film "My Heart Cries" tv project "Perfect Harmony" for Nickelodeon that I wrote and have my first "Stop Bullying Me" back to school fundraiser for underprivileged and foster kids/teens that's being bullied or overcame bullying at Sofi Stadium in September 2022.
SM- Why is this so valuable to you? And why now?
This is so valuable to me because Bullying falls under the guideline of civil discriminatory harassment (race, national origin, color, sexual orientation & gender identity, age, disability, or religion). Federally funded schools, colleges, and universities have an obligation to resolve harassment on these bases. What makes bullies so dangerous are their emotions. It allows them to kill for what belief is no reason and what they believe is a reason. Cyberbullying is a significant problem today it has negative impacts on well-being and mental health with long-lasting emotional effects. Those responsible must be held accountable. Instagram has 78 % and 42% experience Facebook has 60% and 38% experience Snapshot has 76% and 31% experience YouTube has 92% and 10% experience People online media have a significant influence today. If I can touch at least one person means my fight will not be in vain.
SM- How was this put together and how does it benefit the consumers?
How was this put together and how does it benefit the consumers? Well, my Brianni Walker Stop Bullying Me Nonprofit and anti-bullying songs was put together after seeing on the news a 10-year-old girl was stuffed in a suitcase and tossed on the side of the ten freeway, and a little 8-year-old boy hung himself in his closet for being bullied. It's so many innocent people being murdered and committing suicide behind bullying. The consumers will see the positive impact of my campaign of teaching people from my generation to respond in love and acceptance.
Memphis, TN | Competitive Gymnast and Taylor’d Gymnastics Training Center
“Dream Big, Play Bigger”
Hailei Renee Battle
SM- Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you ended up pursuing your passion?
I’ve always loved being active and trying new things. I started out as a competitive dancer when I was really young, and I was lucky enough to win several 1st place awards and even a Judge’s Choice award. The best part was winning 1st place in my category at Nationals! That experience was so exciting and made me realize how much I love working hard to achieve my goals.
When I was 6, I decided to try gymnastics, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I fell in love with all the different events—like the beam, bars, vault, and floor—and soon started competing. This year, I won several 1st place all-around awards, which made me feel really proud of how far I’ve come. Gymnastics is now my main focus, and I’m excited to see where it will take me in the future.
I’m so grateful for all the people who support me along the way, and I can’t wait to keep growing and doing my best! My coaches always encourage me to try my hardest, and when I land a new move, I feel so proud of myself. A special shoutout to my head coach, Britney Taylor-Owens, for seeing my potential and believing in me from the very start. She saw something in me when I couldn’t even get on the bars, and less than two years later, I’m a competitive gymnast. I’m so thankful for her faith in me and all the ways she’s helped me grow!
SM- Who or what inspires you?
As a gymnast, my inspiration comes from the thrill of movement and the joy of mastering new skills. Every time I step onto the mat, I’m fueled by the passion to push my limits and strive to do my best. The discipline and hard work that gymnastics requires teach me valuable lessons about resilience and perseverance qualities that inspire me both on and off the mat. The best part of gymnastics is being part of a team. My teammates are like my family, and we always cheer each other on. I hope to keep getting better and one day be as amazing as the gymnasts I look up to, like Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles. Representation matters and seeing gymnasts who look like me inspires me. Gymnastics teaches me to be strong, brave, and never give up, and I can’t wait to see how far I can go! My family and friends are such an inspiration to me. They motivate and support me so much. Most of all, my inspiration is my faith in God to use me in this sport for his glory.
SM- What are some of your short- and long-term goals
I’m really excited about gymnastics and love working on getting even better! Right now, I’m focusing on improving my skills like making my beam routines look perfect and mastering the vault. I’m always trying to get more flexible by stretching every day. I’m also building strength with push-ups and wall sits so I can hold my handstands longer and jump higher. I practice remembering my routines so I can perform them confidently in front of my coaches, teammates, and most importantly, the judges at competitions. My goal is to do my best, learn new skills, and keep having fun with my team. My longterm goal is to be a collegiate gymnast who is fortunate to one day represent Team USA in the Olympics.
SM- What are you currently promoting?
I’m really excited to be building my brand both on and off the gymnastics floor. I love competing in all four events, mat, bars, beam, and vault and giving my best every time I perform. But it’s also important to me to inspire other kids and show them that
dreams can come true with hard work and dedication. I’m lucky to be an ambassador for several companies that I really believe in. They help me share my message of staying strong, having fun, and always trying my hardest, whether I’m in the gym or out in the world. I hope my journey can encourage others to follow their passions and believe in themselves just like I do!
SM- How do you balance your career and childhood?
Balancing gymnastics with being a kid can be tricky sometimes, but I love both! When I’m not in the gym training or competing, I make sure to have time for fun things like hanging out with my friends, playing with my dog Sky, just relaxing at home. My family and coach help me stay organized so that I can do all the things I love. Gymnastics is super important to me, but I also know it’s important to have fun and enjoy being a kid. I try my best to make time for everything, and I’m so lucky to have such a great support system around me!
SM- What impact can you make on the world at this young age?
Even though I’m still young, I believe I can make a big impact by being a good role model. I want other kids to see that you don’t have to be super old to chase your dreams or work hard at something you love. I think it’s really important to show kindness, be brave, and never give up whether you’re on the gymnastics floor or in your everyday life. If I can inspire other kids to believe in themselves, be kind to others, and follow their passions, that would be amazing! Everyone has the power to make a difference, no matter how old they are.
SM- What do you want your legacy to be?
I want my legacy to be about more than just gymnastics. I hope people remember me as someone who worked really hard, stayed positive, and always helped others. I want to inspire kids to follow their dreams, be kind, and never give up no matter how hard things get. If I can leave a legacy where people feel motivated to be their best selves and believe in what they can do, I’d be really proud. I want to show everyone that with passion, dedication, a big heart, and most importantly, God, you can achieve amazing things!
SM- What message are you hoping to get across to the supporters and new fans that’s following your journey?
I want to tell all my supporters and new fans that anything is possible if you believe in yourself and work hard. I’m just like you, trying to be the best I can be every day, whether I’m training or just having fun. I hope my journey shows that no dream is too big, and no challenge is too hard if you keep going. I also want to remind everyone to be kind to each other, have fun, and enjoy the ride. I’m so thankful for all the love and support, and I can’t wait to keep sharing my journey with you all!
SM- What are some other things people can expect from you in the near future? In the near future, you can expect to see me working hard to keep improving in gymnastics, and hopefully, I’ll be learning some cool new moves! I’m also excited to be sharing more of my journey with all of you, whether it’s behind-the-scenes looks at my training, fun adventures with my friends, or just some inspiration to keep chasing your own dreams. I’m always looking for ways to be a positive role model and hopefully inspire more kids to believe in themselves. Plus, I’m excited to keep working with the brands I love and sharing things I’m passionate about. There’s a lot to look forward to, and I can’t wait to share it all with you!

SM- How do you balance your career and childhood?
To be completely honest one day at a time. When I started this journey, I did not expect for it to move this quickly. I am grateful to God for the connections and grateful for the speed in which this dream is moving. So, every day I talk to God and ask for directions as I learn how to balance school, track, modeling, business, and my conferences. God word says if I seek Him first and His righteousness that He would grant me the desires of my heart!
SM- What impact can you make on the world at this young age?
The impact I can make at this age is by helping the young generation of today know that they don't have to do traditional things to be successful in life! Letting them know that they don't have to wait until high or college to make a living for themselves. By showing them that they do not have to wait to follow their dreams. They can start now just as I have!

A Look Inside Hip Hop Littles
There is something about music that allows it to ever so effortlessly find its way to touch the soul. While some beats may appease one soul, a different beat may spark the same resonance in another. Much like the differing beats, every individual is its own persona bounded by cultures and ethnicities. With nature’s play to unify in our favor, Hip Hop Littles sought to unify people in the name of music and culture.
The Essence of Hip Hop Littles
The endeavor of bringing Hip Hop Littles to life is one of inspirations and aspirations to induce togetherness, and style became the medium for that. With togetherness in mind and music at heart, the brand sought to give life and most importantly, meaning to the staple pieces we curated. We translate musical chords into a fashion statement, intending to encourage expressionism and allow the children to discover themselves and above all, take pride in their individualism and ethnicities. The delicacy of fabrics and the contemporary touch of style both go together to make fashion-forward apparel that rhyme with the soul.
The Man Behind
Inspirations that give way to ventures are often backed by stories of motivation and experience. Hip Hop Littles is a breakthrough brand that Modello brought to life with the hope to translate his desire to unify people of different ethnicities under the banner of fashion and music.
Born on July 10th, 1990, Modello was raised in Englewood, Chicago IL. Starting off rough in a middle-class community that is known as one of the most unsafe areas in the city, hard times were inevitable. With a lack of diversity, crime control, and especially job opportunities, Modello had to strive to achieve the success he has today. Having been increasingly interested in various forms of art, including but not limiting to Music, Drawing, and Painting, Modello has easily recognized his interested especially helping out with artwork for teacher at Granville T Woods Academy. As he entered Argo Community High School, his interest peaked. Taking us to 2016 whereas an underground Hip Hop and R&B artist, Modello began his dreams. With dreams at hand, it was the hard times that added to Modello’s strength that in return helped him pave the way. Working as an underground artist, the realization hit. music and culture stand poles apart even though similar souls long to be unified. Amidst a recording, Modello realized the need for togetherness among people who loved the sound and culture of music. Amongst some few things, Modello believes music to be that one force strong enough to tether communities together, and thus the venture began in the form of Hip Hop Littles.
Statement Collections
Translating music and giving birth to unity through fashion, Hip Hop Littles takes expertise in the curation of high-quality clothing, making use of soft fabrics that caress the skin. In addition to the subtle feel of the fabrics, the creations incorporate hip hop prints that are designed to steal the spotlight. From Polo shirts and Hoodies to Plain Tees and Bodysuits, each staple piece makes a statement. The chic graphics on the apparel intrigue children and a hint of color to the outfit. Tees can be effortlessly paired with shorts or even denims and with a touch of bling added through
accessories, your child is bound to catch plenty eyes. Equally effortless to style and versatile to wear, the Polo shirt are a classic must-have, too. For cozier weathers, the wide range of soft hoodies is an ideal wear that makes a loud statement all the while. Hip Hop Littles does not restrict its collection to upper wear and introduces a wide range of leggings and jogger pants to go with the vibrant hues of shirts to pair with. With the Hip Hop style and music culture in mind, the clothing is an epitome of statement-making and fashionable apparel.
More Than a Brand
Having seen hard times, Modello goes beyond rhythms and fashion believing in giving to the
community and making the world a better place for children to live in. Taking away that belief, Hip Hop Littles is setting up for donations across the Chicagoland area for children’s hospitals and public schools. Hip Hop Littles also seeks to help children educate and incorporate fun ways of education. Building on that, the brand is also bringing itself out on the screens in a large-scale learning and developing cartoon series that is to be released around next year on YouTube. With an aim to knit communities through music and fashion, Hip Hop Littles is a venture with a distinct purpose. As it excels in providing meaning to its clothing, the brand also seeks to unify the souls to allow every individual to embrace music with the same freedom that it aspires to induce in souls.

Doreen Barnett
BIO
Doreen Barnett, 53, is an author, writer, and a voiceover artist for Curtis Books. After honing his passion for writing in 2014, he took the venture seriously and published his first book, Curtis Daycare, which released in 2016.
Doreen is also known for adding little twists in his books and has even created onesies and t-shirt designs in tandem with the book, sold separately.
As an author, Doreen’s biggest hope is that his readers will enjoy his books and that it will inspire them to read more.
SM - DB, What message are you hoping to get across to the people by doing what you do?
My message is that, as parents, we sometimes feel it’s better to do as we say. Instead of listening or hearing about what difficulties a child might be facing.
SM - What are you promoting and what are the details around it?
I’m promoting my children’s book as well as the onesies and t-shirt accompanied with each book.
SM - What’s unique about this that separates it from the rest?
I believe my books can contribute to alleviating the worries our children are facing. (For example, one of my books deals with teaching healthy eating habits to children.)
SM - Who was a part of this project that contributed to its success? Besides writing and coming up with the ideas for my books, my son Curtis has been a big help. He reads the stories I present and lets me know it’s good to go.
SM - What is the inspiration behind what you do?
I want our children to be comfortable when they are going to the doctor’s office. When they go to the supermarket, I want to inspire them to explore the fruit and vegetable section instead of the snacks aisle for unhealthy snacks.
SM - What are some other things people can expect from you in the near future?
I have another children’s book coming out, and there is a linen bed sheet design that will match the cover of the book.
SM - Why is this so valuable to you, and why now?
Our children are little people who need direction. And feeling scared is not great. Much like when Curtis goes to the doctor’s office, giving a child heads-up about what to expect can relieve any fear they may have.
SM - How was this put together and how does it benefit the consumers?
It’s my hope that consumers will show this book to their children, and that the child will get a better understanding; that they won’t panic at all.
SM - What other future projects can your supporters expect from you? In the future, I want to own a little library where kids and feel safe and read as much as they like.

Meet GENERATION TYPO
A clothing brand focused on creating a dialogue between generations and recognizing those willing to share those conversations.
We will be fearlessly challenging the difference of opinions and values between different generations. Providing apparel and items that spark these conversations, and building a community that allows everyone to have a voice. Established as an apparel brand and symbol to showcase the acceptance of generational differences. From the Baby Boomer Generation to our newest Gen Z’s, the previous generation often believes that the next is doing “it” wrong. Our Branding includes a red underline that we have all been conditioned to associate this line with an error or “typo”. We utilize this throughout our brand to highlight those projected typos or opinions.
We are not afraid to shine light on these differences, and as we grow we want to provide platforms for those who are willing, to share their truths. We believe in order for the world to progressively grow, and remove the negativity around being different we must start with simply talking about it.
Many of us have been impacted and or traumatized by these differences; Racism, Ageism, Homophobia, Sexism, Religion, and much more. It is time we take the power back and really work to understand everyone and anyone.
SM- What is the inspiration behind what you do?
I have learned from those younger and older than me. The common theme I hear from those around me, is the desire to be understood. Being open to those conversations and not hiding behind the labels of the generations is key. I am inspired to help create conversations through our brand and eventually create safe spaces to bring the different generations together.
SM- Why is this so valuable to you? And why now?
Spriggs, Public Relations - Warren Morris
SM- How was this put together and how does it benefit the consumers?
Generation Typo was established in 2020 as we (Doncel, Shanice, and Amanda) were all stuck in the house during quarantine. During this time we had difficult conversations with friends, family, and strangers of all generations. It was through these conversations that we were able to identify the lack of understanding across the generations. We wanted to create something that would have a positive impact on the world. Being able to have these conversations helped us with our personal mental health, and we wanted to do the same for others.
SM- What message are you hoping to get across to the people by doing what you do? We want everyone to know that it is okay to think differently, and that we all can learn from each other up, down, left, and right. Through these conversations we believe we will see improvements in the way we communicate with each other.
SM- What are some other things people can expect from you in the near future? We have so many cool things planned for the near future. A quick glimpse into what’s next for Generation Typo includes Fashion Shows, Seasoned Releases, Augmented Reality advancements, and generational spotlights!
Generation Typo has been featured on major news networks, participated in DC Fashion Week, released 2 major season collections, and spoken to University Fashion Departments. All of this within the first year of business, and we are just getting started.
The value of creating positive and productive environments has not limit in my eyes. I owe my success in Tech & Fashion to environments like those, and they have helped me get through my darkest times. I feel like now is a crucial time for us to speak about how we feel, and accept that it’s okay to be different. Coming out of a year like 2020,
