Salad Farm
Location of the salad farm was ideal for the working population in north San Jose. A team of 3 people were working on the project duties.
I was assigned with the layout designing and the presentations of the project. Another team member was handling the interior design.

A s ingle family house,which was adjacent to church property in South San Jose was a unique case which was partially considered a commercial property. the house was 60 years old property was to go through a heavy renovation and potential addition to the existing property. Diocese of wanted to develop the residence considering San the Jose future occupants at the location

Residence : St Anthony Church
Sacred Heart Church, San Jose

It has been more than a century the church exists. An adobe finished buttressed walls , byzantine domes and original arch way are the origin features of the church. Arched Nave supported with the classical colum and high ceilings of the church adds to the beauty of the space. No mat how many times I visit the place, every time I have spent at least an ho sitting quietly looking at this piece of art.

The project was initiat to remodel the existing floors at the altar.Surv of the floors was done the Architect to identify t direction of t beam. San Patricio's : Adaptive reuse
Downtown San Jose , Topa Architecture
Th The space was a part of a restaurant chain (chacho’s) in the downtown of San Jose. The owner wanted this bar to be a quaint quiet bar to be a i r ish bar.
The interior f inishes were left unplastered which added the vernacular feel of the space.
Location was originally the historic dwelling space. Original wooden flooring needed to be stabilized. The tenant improvement along with the equipment schedule was submitted to the city for permit.

THE FORM : Form follows the function and symmetry orientation of the closed u shape keeps the view of the pool from each and every
THE ELEVATiON: Use of classical orders in columns enables maintains the ethinicit grandness in the view of the collonaded paths, entrance foyers and paths leading pool.
THE LANDSCAPE FEATURES :
Vegetation around - Being in the hustle bustle of the city to maintain the sound filt the site landscape elements are used.
WATER CASCADES on the terraces maintains the harmony by connecting interiors exterior.
WATER GARDENS , with informal sittings suggests the leisure environment in the in as well as exterior.
