In Q3, we enjoyed an increased amount of press coverage, as our exciting new inventory was brought to the market, including such iconic estates as Sonny & Cher's Owlwood Estate, Frank LLoyd Wright's singular Ennis House (of Ridley Scott's Blade Runner fame) and the legendary Beverly House (once home to American newspaper magnate William Randolph Hearst). To celebrate our Silver Anniversary, we hosted a grand opening summer soirĂŠe to show off our incredible new location on Canon Drive. The event saw top-performing agents, high-profile individuals, celebrity clients, and potential buyers flood the breathtaking penthouse to tour our new digs.
