Hilton Cobham, nestled in 27 acres of woodland has 13 flexible event rooms, some of which have a private bar and beautiful terrace, perfect for private parties and BBQs in the summer months.

Having a baby is a joyful time that brings many celebratory moments, starting with a Baby Shower, the perfect way to celebrate the soon arrival of your bundle of joy.

Having your baby Christened or holding a naming ceremony is another memorable occasion for the whole family. We offer a beautiful venue for your reception along with expert catering and a specialised personal service.

Here at Hilton Cobham, we are able to offer you a package to suit all your needs, providing you with flexible pricing depending on the room size you require.

We work exclusively with preferred caterers that prepare specialised cuisine or work with our on-site chef to create your bespoke menu. Your chosen caterer will run the event and be responsible for food, beverage, set up and staffing. With years of experience, we can accommodate all types of cultural celebrations.

Brooklands Suite: Ideal for larger parties of up to 200 guests,

Room hire: Friday & Saturday £6,000 and Sunday £3,000

St Georges and Hampton Suite: Ideal for parties of up to 60 guests.

Room hire: Saturday £4,000 and Sunday £2,500
