Waltham, MA – CEO Jake Simmons of Delphi Construction, Inc. recently announced that longtime vice president, Keith Shaw, has been named chief operating officer. He will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the business. Shaw has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning as an apprentice carpenter in the field. He ultimately launched his own construction business prior to joining Delphi as construction manager in 1999. Delphi also added Chris Thompson to its leadership team in the role of director of project development. Thompson, who formerly led Delphi’s estimating department, will have an

expanded role at the company, specifically with responsibility overseeing all aspects of preconstruction planning and services. He brings 20 years of experience in construction estimating and preconstruction planning to his role at Delphi.
