Newsletter School Sports and Sports Leaders News British Kin-Ball Association Year 10 core PE students were visited by British Kin-Ball Association on Wednesday 19 May and today, Friday 21 May. For those of you who are not familiar with this activity, Kin-Ball is a team sport originating from Quebec. The main distinctive characteristics, as you will see, is the size of the ball (1.22 meters in diameter) and that the matches are played among three teams at the same time instead of traditional one-vs-one like most of the team games. Kin-Ball is a new introduction to PE at Highfields and students thoroughly enjoyed the game.
Primary school sports Mr Molyneux and Mrs Allen visited Darley Churchtown Primary School on Thursday to deliver an afternoon of kwik cricket.
