The panoramic views from our balcony create a serene and inviting ambiance for your guests to enjoy cocktail hour refreshments. Our grand ballroom welcomes you with wall-to-wall windows and vaulted ceilings that bring elegance and charm to your celebration. For a perfect reception, we offer our grand ballroom to you and your Guests, in celebration of your special day. The attached outdoor verandah provides an additional space for cocktails with beautiful views of the golf course. Comfortably accommodates 200 Guests.
CEREMONY $850
1 HOUR
P icturesque views of the golf course and Lake Hiawassee . All ceremonies include a white wooden arch, set-up and break-down services, 100 white resin padded chairs and rehearsal time. Rehersal time is based on availability.

WEDDING SALES CONTRACTS AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 and a signed sales contract will hold the dates and event spaces listed in the sales contract. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to the total cost of the wedding festivities. An additional deposit will be paid equal to 50% of the estimated cost for the wedding set forth in the sales contract at the time of your tasting event, no later than 30 days prior to the wedding. The remaining balance and final payment are due 14 days prior to the wedding weekend. Please note, a 22% service charge and applicable taxes will be applied to all costs in your contract.
WEDDING PLANNER REQUIREMENT
Your designated Wedding Planner will be required to assist with the wedding design, décor and planning details for the weekend. This includes the wedding itinerary, weekend timeline for the wedding party and Guests, vendor selection and coordination, payment and the flow of your wedding day. A Venue Coordinator will be on-site for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception to ensure everything is properly staged and executed by MetroWest Golf Club. This includes overseeing all venue operations: Guest Services, Food and Beverage, Banquet Staff, Housekeeping and Grounds Crew.
