The Hampton Certified Leaders Program is a comprehensive leadership development experience, combining self-paced learning, immersive virtual discussions, and expert coaching. Participants will complete modules via the HCL Site and engage in scheduled community cohort sessions to reinforce skills and deepen understanding.
• Immersive RELATIONS ® for Leaders Course (Cohort-Based): August 19, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EST (Zoom Link Provided)
• Module 1 Community Cohort: August 26, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST
• Module 2 Community Cohort: September 9, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST
• Module 3 Community Cohort: September 16, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. EST
• Module 4 Community Cohort: September 23, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. EST
• Module 5 Community Cohort: September 30, 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST
Each module is designed for self-paced completion via the HCL Site, followed by interactive live discussions that foster collaboration and practical application.

A structured leadership journal featuring guided reflections, strategic goal-setting pages, and tools for tracking progress and insights throughout the program.
A comprehensive personality assessment designed to deepen self-awareness and enhance leadership effectiveness. Personalized insights will be provided to help you optimize team dynamics and professional relationships.
• Pre-Program Survey: sent after enrollment confirmation (August 5)
• Mid-Program Pulse Survey: after Module 3 (September 17)
• Final Program Evaluation Survey: after Module 6 (October 1)
• Post-Program Reflection Survey: six weeks post-program (October 6)

A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped.
• Log into the HCL Site (Access details provided separately via email). Ensure your login credentials are set up before the program begins and explore the interface to familiarize yourself with available resources.
• Review the Program Calendar and mark important dates on your schedule. Set reminders to ensure you attend each session and complete assignments on time.
• Complete the Pre-Survey to help us understand and identify focus areas and track your progress throughout the program.
• Attend the Immersive RELATIONS ® for Leaders Course at the beginning of the program
• Begin Module One and prepare for your first community connect session. Take notes, reflect on key concepts, and be ready to engage in meaningful discussions with your peers.
• Check your Email and HCL site notifications regularly for program updates, assignments, and upcoming session reminders.

Yes. Each module includes self-paced learning materials and activities that should be completed before the corresponding Community Connect Session. Assignments may include reflections, discussion questions, or real-world application exercises.
Yes! You can engage with fellow participants, ask questions, and share insights throughout the program.
Yes! Participants who complete all required modules, attend live sessions will receive official certification as a Hampton Certified Leader.
Your Hampton Certified Leaders Welcome Package, including program resources and swag, will be mailed to the address provided upon registration. A tracking number will be sent to you once shipped.
