ABOUT The Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival (HFWF) is the premier epicurean destination event in the Pacific. Set in the lush island paradise of Hawai‘i, the 9-day Festival will feature a roster of over 150 internationally renowned master chefs, culinary personalities, and winemakers and mixologists. Co-founded by two of Hawai‘i’s own James Beard Award-winning chefs, Alan Wong and Roy Yamaguchi, operating as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, HFWF aims to put a spotlight on Hawai‘i as the center for purposeful cultural endeavor by producing world-class culinary experiences which support the farmers, students, chefs, and the people who call Hawai‘i home. The Festival will showcase one-of-a-kind grand tastings and wine tastings, family friendly events, and exclusive dining opportunities with dishes highlighting the diversity of quality of the state’s locally grown products. Proceeds support local beneficiaries committed to sustainability and cultural and educational programs in Hawai‘i.
