PRODUCT OVERVIEW Dealer/Distributor Responsibilities In general, a dealer’s responsibilities to the customer include predelivery inspection and preparation such as: • Ensure that the vessel is properly equipped. • Prior to delivery, make certain that the Yanmar stern-drive and other equipment are in proper operating condition. • Make all necessary adjustments for maximum efficiency. • Familiarize the customer with the on-board equipment. • Explain and demonstrate the operation of the stern-drive and vessel.
