（hereinafter referred ヒO aS ARB and MMC）is pleased to explain the emission controIsystem warranty on yOur1996 andlater heavy－duty off－rOad englneS．＝n California，neW heavy－du亡y off－rOad englneS muSt be designed，built and equlPped ヒO meet the Sta亡els stringent anti－SmOg standards．MMC must warrant ヒhe emission contr01sys亡em on your englne for the periods of timelisted below provided ヒhere has been no abuse． neglect orimproper maintenance of your englne・

Your emission controIsystem mayinclude parts such as the fuel inコeCtion sys仁em and the airinduction system・AIso included may be hoses，belts，COnneCtOrS and other emission－related assemblies・

Where a warrantable condition exists，MMC will repair your heavy－ duty off－rOad englne at nO COSt tO yOuincluding diagnosis，part and labor．

MANUFACでURER●S WÅRRANでY COVERAGE：

－ The1996 andlater heavy－du亡y off－rOad englneS are Warranted for a period of five years or 3′000 hours of opera亡ion．wh土chever occurs first．ェn the absence of a device to measure hours of use，the englne Sha11be warranted for a period of five years・

＝f any emission－rela仁ed part on your engine is defective，the part willbe repaired or replaced by MMC．
