Registration of Front Jack Condition

The rated lifting capacity varies due to whether the front jack is present. How working area and rated lifting capacity vary is described in "Rated Lifting Capacity Table." Read thoroughly and understand "Rated Lifting Capacity Table," then register the front jack condition.

To register the front jack condition, use the front jack condition register switch.

1. When the front jack is used: Set the front jack condition register switch to "ON." The switch indicator lights. The front jack condition symbol will light, indicating that the front jack condition has been registered.

2. When the front jack is not used: Set the front jack condition register switch to "OFF." The switch indicator goes out.

Registration of Lift Status

When the power supply is turned on (PTO switch: ON), the boom lift is automatically selected. Even after the power supply is turned off (PTO switch: OFF), the AML stores the operational status if the power supply is turned on again within approximately 2 hours. However, the maximum storage period is 2 hours. If 2 hours or more have passed after the power supply was turned off (PTO switch: OFF), the registered data is automatically erased. To resume the operation, register the settings all over again.

To register the lift status, use the lift status selector key and set key.

Each time the lift status selector key is pressed, the display changes in numerical sequence from (1) to (5)*1

The display returns to (1) if you press the key when (5)*1 is shown on the display. Select the status that corresponds to the actual lift status. When the desired operation status is obtained, press the set key. The lift status symbol changes from "flashing" to "being lit."

Also, the displays of the bargraph, rated lifting capacity, and actual load return to normal display
