Signal names and functions

Signal name: 90% alarm output

When the moment load factor is 90% or more and less than 100%, the OC (open collector) output turns ON.

OC output ON (DC 0 V): The external indicator lamp indicating 90% lights.

OC output OFF (DC 24 V): The external indicator lamp indicating 90% goes out.

While the boom lift is performed with the jib mounted, the OC output turns ON when the moment load factor is 75% or more and less than 85%.

Signal name: 100% alarm output

When the moment load factor is 100% or more, or when the overload and overwound automatic stop function is canceled, the OC (open collector) output turns ON.

OC output ON (DC 0 V): The external indicator lamp indicating 100% lights.

OC output OFF (DC 24 V): The external indicator lamp indicating 100% goes out.

Signal name: 100% alarm output

When the moment load factor is 100% or more, or when the overload and overwound automatic stop function is canceled, the OC (open collector) output turns ON.

Conditions under which the OC output turns ON

Moment load factor ≥ 100%

Overwind cutout release switch: "Press"

AML emergency switch: "非常用"

While the boom lift is performed with the jib mounted (extended), the OC output turns ON when the moment load factor becomes as follows:

Moment load factor ≥ 85%

Also, under the condition below, the AML judges that the jib is mounted (extended).

When Di8 input signal is "DC 24 V"

With GT-350C-1

Signal name: Front jack overload warning output

OC (open collector) output ON (DC 0 V): When the front jack overload detection switch is "ON," the buzzer sounds. OC (open collector) output OFF (DC 24 V): When the front jack overload detection switch is "OFF," the buzzer does not sound.

Signal name: Front jack/outrigger retracting operation input

Input from the outrigger retraction switch.

Switch ON (DC 0 V): Outrigger retracting operation

Switch OFF (DC 5 V): Not outrigger retracting operation

Signal name: Front jack overload detection switch input
