Input/Output Signals of the AML-LIID System (GT-250C-1)

Signal name: Automatic stop 1 (AML vent) relay output

When the crane is overloaded, when the hook block is overwound, when the operation goes beyond the working limit area, when the backward stability control is activated and the crane is operated toward critical side, or when the AML main unit is out of order, this relay contact turns OFF and crane operation is stopped.

Relay ON (DC 24 V): Normal status

Relay OFF (DC 0 V): Crane stop status

When the AML emergency switch is set to " 非常用," the key switch is set to "解 除," and the PTO switch is turned "ON," this relay output is changed from OFF to ON, and the automatic stop function of the AML is canceled when Di6 "DC 0 V" is input.

When the overwind cutout release switch is set to "非常," the automatic stop function is canceled when Di5 "DC 0 V" is input.

Moment load factor < 90% ON

The crane operation toward critical side (main winch hoisting up, auxiliary winch hoisting up, boom extending, boom lowering) is stopped.

While the boom lift is performed with the jib mounted (extended), the relay output turns OFF when the moment load factor becomes as follows:

The crane operation toward critical side (main winch hoisting up, auxiliary winch hoisting up, boom extending, boom lowering) is stopped.

When the working area limit has been registered and the crane operation other than swinging goes beyond the limit area

When the AML system is out of order

All the crane operations other than swinging are stopped.
