NOTE: Adding capacitor assembly P/N 1043322 between B- and the lift truck frame reduces noise in the system, which may cause intermittent codes. Connect black wire to TP4 and gray wire to one of the bolts that mounts the contactor assembly to the frame.

NOTE: The Carriage Card and Steer/Tractor Manager S/W must be correctly matched. Installing a new carriage control card with the old software results in this code. The new card was cut into production on lift truck serial number 520-14-03473.
