Operator Display Fault Codes
Fault Code messages are displayed in two locations; on the Oper ator Display (Battery Indicator), and in the tractor compartment on a two-digit display located on the Steer/Tractor Manager circuit card. See Figure6-8.
On the Operator Display, all five LEDs flash in series to identify the fault code. Each series (code) has two digits. If more than one code is present (“stacked codes”), there are rapid flashes between codes. See “Fault Codes” on page6-3
On the two-digit display, the fault code is displayed in numerical form.

There is no limit to the number of stacked codes, but only the highest priority codes are displayed. When these codes are resolved, the next highest codes are displayed until they are resolved.

Reason The P sense line (JPT12-3) detects voltage after the P contactor was commanded to open.
System shutdown, lowering enabled
How to Clear Turn the key switch OFF and ON. If this code does not clear, follow the procedure below.

NOTE: Use step 1 if the contactor tips do open when the lift request is removed. Use steps 2 and 3 if the contact tips do not open when the request is removed.

1.Mast switches (S6, S7, S25, S29) were detected out of sequence, indicating there is a problem with a switch or rail.
Reason

2.Software is not configured for this model lift truck. (Looking for a switch that is not on the lift truck.)
1.Lift or lower into the valid switch locations.
2.Check software configuration with FlashWare. See “FlashWare” on page3-12.
NOTE: Not opening the 24 in. switch with lift request and motor running more than 10 seconds, causes this code.
Check all mast switches per “Test/Inspection” on page5-8 and the steps in the chart below.
