PRESSURE CHECKING AND CONTROL FOR PISTON PUMP AND LOAD SENSING DISTRIBUTOR OF MOVEMENTS

Use a 0-600 bar (0-8700 PSI) pressure gauge for checking the system pressures. Connect pipe rif. 72340 and pressure gauge ref. 58179 to the pressure test connection.

STAND-BY PRESSURE

- With internal combustion engine at minimum speed, without making any movements. - Ensure that pressure gauge “M” shows 22 bar (314 PSI).

Adjustment, if necessary:

use the capacity adjustment screws “F” remove the cap using a 17 mm wrench unlock the lock nut using a 17 mm wrench adjust the required value, using a 3 mm socket head wrench on the adjustment screws turning the adjustment screws clockwise increases the stand-by pressure turning the adjustment screws anticlockwise decreases the stand-by pressure

PISTON PUMP MAXIMUM PRESSURE

(To be checked only during the first startup of the piston pump)

- Completely tighten the pressure cut-off valve “T” on the load sensing distributor. - With the internal combustion engine operating at medium-high speed (2000 min-1), perform end-of-travel with arm raised. - Ensure that pressure gauge “M” shows 300 bar (4286 PSI).

Adjustment, if necessary:

use the pressure adjustment screws “D” remove the cap using a 17 mm wrench unlock the lock nut using a 17 mm wrench adjust the desired value, using a 3 mm socket head wrench on the adjustment screw turning the adjustment screw clockwise increases the maximum pressure turning the adjustment screw anticlockwise decreases the maximum pressure
