H13 - Indicator light - Air filter contamination (orange)

The indicator light lights up if the air filter is very dirty. Bring the Diesel engine to low idle immediately. Continue to let the engine run in low idle for approx. 5seconds. Shut down the Diesel engine. If necessary, replace the filter element.

H15 - Indicator light - Hydraulic oil temperature (red)

The indicator light lights up if the hydraulic oil temperature in the tank exceeds 98°C. Bring the Diesel engine to low idle immediately. Shut down the Diesel engine as quickly as possible. Find and remedy the error (radiator dirty, etc.).

H16 - Indicator light - Overload warning (red)*

The indicator light lights up if the maximum permissible load carrying capacity of the machine is reached and the overload warning device S18 is turned on.

The buzzer in the cab sounds simultaneously. Avoid increasing the load any further. Reduce the load on the machine.

H18 - Indicator light - Coolant level low (red)

The indicator light lights up if the coolant level drops below a specified level. Bring the Diesel engine to low idle immediately. Shut down the Diesel engine as quickly as possible. Find and fix the leak.

Caution!

This monitoring device increases the level of security in case of loss of larger amounts of water (e.g. hose rupture). It does not relieve the operator or maintenance personnel from the responsibility of regularly checking the coolant level in the expansion tank.

H19 - Indicator light, turn signal

The indicator light lights up if the turn signal switch and the hazard warning system are actuated.

H20 - Indicator light, parking brake

The indicator light lights up if the parking brake is applied (S16) or if the parking brake's release pressure is too low.

H23 - Indicator light, accumulator charge pressure - operating brake (red)*

The indicator light lights up if the accumulator charge pressure is too low. The brake function is endangered. Bring the machine to a standstill.

Bring the Diesel engine to low idle immediately. Fold the safety lever up. Check the brake system.

H26 - Indicator light - Quick change adapter (red)*

The indicator light lights up during the unlocking procedure or when the locking pins are retracted.

H167 - Indicator light, travel forward (green)

Lights up if travel direction is selected.

H168 - Indicator light, travel reverse (green)

Lights up if travel direction is selected.

H175 - Indicator light - Engine overheating (red)

The indicator light lights up if the coolant overheats. The buzzer in the cab sounds simultaneously. Bring the Diesel engine to low idle immediately. Shut down the Diesel engine as quickly as possible. Remedy the error.

Note!

If a V-belt breaks or the battery charge system is defective, the buzzer will not function.

H176 - Indicator light, oscillating axle automatic (green)

H196 - Indicator light - Grapple / hydraulic hammer (green)*

The indicator light lights up if switch S241 is in position 1 (center position).

H307 - Indicator light - Fine control (green)

Lights up after activation of fine control via rocker switch S382

H311 - Indicator light, oscillating axle lock (green)

H336 - Indicator light, water in fuel filter

Lights up if too much water is present in the fuel pre-filter. Drain water from the fuel filter.

3.1.4.3Switch

S8 - Rotating beacon (green)*

Press switch down.

The rotating beacon blinks. The indicator light in the switch lights up. Press switch up.

The rotating beacon is turned off. The indicator light in the switch turns off.

S11 - Windshield washer system (green)

Press the button down and hold. Water will be sprayed onto the front windshield through nozzles. The windshield wiper runs continuously.

Release the button.

The water flow stops.

The windshield wiper continues to run continuously for approx. 3 seconds.

S14 - Windshield wiper (green)

This switch has three settings: Neutral (0), Position 1 and 2.

Push the switch in position 1 down (center position). Continuous operation is activated.

Push the switch in position 2 down (final position). Intermittent control is activated.

S16 - Parking brake (green)

Press switch down.

The parking brake is applied. The indicator light in the switch lights up.

Press switch up. The parking brake is released. The indicator light in the switch turns off.

S18 - Overload warning device (red)*

Press switch down.

The overload warning device is activated. The indicator light in the switch lights up.

Press switch up.

The overload warning device is deactivated. The indicator light in the switch turns off.

S19 - Rotating grapple drive (green)*

Press switch down.

The rotating grapple drive is activated. The indicator light in the switch lights up.

Press switch up.

The rotating grapple drive is deactivated. The indicator light in the switch turns off.

S20 - Sensor controlled low idle automatic (red)

Press switch down.

The sensor controlled low idle automatic is activated. The indicator light in the switch lights up.

Press switch up.

The sensor controlled low idle automatic is deactivated. The indicator light in the switch turns off.

S21 - Creeper gear (green)

Press switch down.

Creeper gear is activated. The indicator light in the switch lights up.

Press switch up.

Creeper gear is deactivated. The indicator light in the switch turns off.

S22 - Work headlight, front / roof headlight, front (green)*

This switch has three settings: Neutral (0), Position 1 and 2.

Push the switch in position 1 down (center position). The front work headlight is turned on.

Push the switch in position 2 down (final position). The front work headlight is turned on. The rear roof headlight is turned on.

S22-1 - Roof headlight, rear (green)*

This switch has three settings: Neutral (0), Position 1 and 2.

Push the switch in position 1 down (center position). No function.

Push the switch in position 2 down (final position). The rear work headlight is switched on. The rear roof headlight is turned on.

S35 - Servo control (green)

Press switch down.

The servo control is activated. Left and right joysticks are operational. The indicator light in the switch lights up.

Press switch up.

The servo control is deactivated. Left and right joysticks are not operational. The indicator light in the switch turns off.

S47 - Hydraulic quick change adapter

Press the button down and hold. The hydraulic quick change adapter is activated. The indicator light in the switch lights up.

Release the button.

The hydraulic quick change adapter is deactivated. The indicator light in the switch turns off.
