Working with the machine

In automatic mode 11: machine movements.

In manual operation 12: 1 is locked.

Using the motor cable drum with controls

Start the motor cable drum with controls

Ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled: Automatic mode is activated: key of switch 1 of external control unit is turned to 11

Off switch 4 of external control unit is unlocked. No one is in the work area of the machine, of the motor cable drum with controls or of the power cable.

Energise the machine circuit. Start electric motor.

The control of the motor cable drum with controls is on the right console of the operator's cab.

Press button 0

Control of motor cable drum with controls is installed.

Press I button.

Motor cable drum with controls is switched on.

Using machine equipped with motor cable drum with controls

Danger!

Danger of crushing or tearing off the power cable! Damage, injuries, danger to life. Observe specific driving regulations. Observe indicator lights.

Troubleshooting

Fault diagnosis

The indicator lights are located on the right console of the operator's cab and on the external control unit of the motor cable drum with controls.

Exclusively drive in the direction that allows tensioning of the cable. If problem persists, resolve by using manual operation.

H155Motor cable drum with controls completely unrolled

Exclusively drive in the direction that allows winding up of the cable. If problem persists, resolve by using manual operation.

H156Working direction Indicates the machine position relative to the supply station.

Activating manual operation

Exclusively use manual operation for troubleshooting. Any other use is prohibited. Manual operation makes it possible to restore normal tension conditions of the power cable.
