Table 1: 14-Pin Switch and Pin Assignments

Switches 1, 2, and 3 have a combined total capacity of 15A.

Switches 1, 2, 3 and 4 have a combined total capacity of 20A.

Note: Depending upon the attachment, an adapter harness may be necessary. Refer to the documentation supplied with the attachment, or contact your dealer.

Fan Reverse

To reverse the direction hydraulically driven engine fan, press the lights/beacon button and the self-leveling button (Fig. 14) together for 10 seconds. An icon will appear tion display to indicate The fan will slow direction for 30 slow and return Engine speed should higher. Fan speed is limited to 1500 rpm in its reverse mode.

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Standstill Regeneration (If So Equipped)

Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) crystallization in the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system must be periodically reduced using standstill regeneration. When SCR system crystallization is detected, the standstill regeneration request screen (Fig.15) appears on the multi-function display.

Standstill regeneration requires operator action to initiate and takes approximately 35-50 minutes to complete.

Important: The machine cannot be operated and must be parked in a well-ventilated area away from flammable materials when standstill regeneration is in progress.

Important: Because standstill regeneration slightly dilutes the engine oil with diesel fuel, engine oil replacement is required after standstill regeneration is complete.

There is a possibility of carbon monoxide poisoning if standstill regeneration occurs in an enclosed space. Always perform standstill regeneration in a wellventilated area.

During regeneration, there will be high exhaust gas temperatures, even at low load. Stay clear of the engine compartment during regeneration.

The machine cannot be used during standstill regeneration and cannot be moved without interrupting the standstill regeneration process.

The standstill regeneration request screen can be temporarily dismissed by pressing the regeneration inhibit button (U, Fig.16) for three seconds until the previous screen displays. The standstill regeneration request screen will continue to return after being dismissed, for as long as the request remains active.

Important: Perform standstill regeneration as soon as possible when the standstill regeneration request screen displays. Postponing standstill regenera- tion will result in CAN errors, engine derating, and declining engine power and performance.

To proceed with standstill regeneration:

1.Park the machine in a safe, will-ventilated location away from flammable materials.

2.Lift the restraint bar/armrests to apply the parking brake. A check mark is displayed next to the parking brake symbol (A, Fig.17).

3.When the engine coolant has reached operating temperature (above 149° F (65° C), a check mark is displayed next to the coolant temperature symbol (B).

4.Place the throttle controls to the lowest speed setting. A check mark is displayed next to the RPM symbol (C)when the engine is running at low idle.

5.When all three check marks (A, B, C) are displayed on the standstill regeneration screen, press and hold the button (Z, Fig.17) until the standstill regeneration in-progress screen displays (Fig.18).

Note: Standstill regeneration can be interrupted at any time by releasing the parking brake, advancing the throttle, or stopping the engine. Standstill regeneration must start again from the beginning if it is interrupted.

Standstill regeneration time remaining is displayed during the standstill regeneration process.

Remaining Regeneration Time 42 Minutes

Note: Standstill regeneration takes approximately 35-50 minutes.

Caution

It is not necessary to stay in the machine during standstill regeneration. Keep the machine under observation while regeneration is in progress in case of malfunction. Keep bystanders away from the machine while regeneration is in progress.

6.After the standstill regeneration process is complete, change the engine oil.
