8 29 Fitting the Accord coupling

Fit the Accord coupling (4) in the upper drilled hole on the adapter (6) with the pin (5) and secure with the spring clip. (Fit the adapter –see »Fitting the adapter (B03 0030)«, page6.9). If there is insufficient clearance height at the headland with deep cutting, the adapter(6) is to be fitted into the front drilled hole(7) of the fitting frame. Plug the upper link (2) into the rear drilled hole (1) on the fitting frame with the pin and secure with the spring clip. (Fig.29)

DISCO 3050 FC Plus:

Plug the upper link into the upper drilled hole (3) on the Accord coupling with the pin (Fig.29).

CORTO 3150 F Profil:

Plug the upper link into the third drilled hole (8) on the Accord coupling with the pin (Fig.30).

Hook the front mower unit(9) into the Accord coupling(4) and secure –see »Hooking up the front mower unit to the fitting frame«, page6.36. (Fig.31) The chainsof the suspension springs(10) should be inserted into the eighth link in the straps(12) and secured with spring clips. Push the front mower universal drive shaft(11) on with the clutch side to the gearbox, and then onto the front mower unit. Secure universal drive shaft against rotating by hanging in the chains. (Fig.31)
