Removal Preliminary operations – Position the tractor on flat stable ground.

– Turn the wheels to the left to facilitate access.

– Switch off the ignition.

– Disconnect the battery.

– Remove the grid (1).

– Loosen the 6 screws of the suction manifold (2) then fasten it.

– Loosen the hoses (1) from the fittings.

– Loosen the 3 screws (1) from the high pressure filter bracket.

– Remove the pipe (2).

– Loosen the flange (3) from the hose (4).

– Unscrew the 2 screws (1) of the pump.

– Remove the pump.

– Inspect the condition of the casing (1).

– Immobilize the pump.

– Lock the gear to stop it from turning.

– Unscrew the gear fastening nut.

Important: The gear fastening nut has a left-hand thread.

– Pull out the gear using a hub puller.

– Degrease and clean the cone.

– Smear the thread and washer with grease.

– Engage the gear onto the shaft.

– Engage the washer.

– Screw the nut (1).

The nut must be tightened at 6 ± 0,3 daN.m.

– Degrease and clean the span (2) of the pump and the flange (3) with Loctite (7200).

– Smear the parting surface of the pump with Loctite (510).

Refitting Note: When refitting, always change all gaskets.

– Smear the gasket (4) with grease.

– Position the gasket onto the flange (3).

– Align the flange (3) with the pump casing.

Important: When opposite the part, ensure the 2 holes in the spacer (3) are properly centered with the 2 holes in the pump (2) (see arrows).

– Present the pump on the engine while ensuring the gasket (4) is positioned properly.

– Engage then tighten the 2 screws (5) to 5,5 daN.m.

– Fasten the suction manifold with the 6 screws.

– Refit in the reverse sequence of the removal operations.

Important: When fitting the pipes, check proper position of the bulbs.

After refitting: – Start the tractor.

– Check that there are no leaks.

– Check the level of oil in the rear axle.

Removal – Place a container under the flow divider.

– Unscrew the hydraulic lines (1).

– Remove screw (2).

– Remove the flow divider.

Refitting – Carry out refitting in the opposite order of removal.

Removal 1 – Remove the fuel tank (Refer to chapter 12 10 Cab).

– Place a container under the priority valve.

– Unscrew the hydraulic lines (1).

– Remove screw (2).

– Remove the flow divider.

Refitting – Carry out refitting in the opposite order of removal.

Preliminary operations – Position the tractor on flat stable ground.

– Actuate all controls of the auxiliary valves in the floating position, then stop the tractor.

If the tractor is fitted with front lifting and one of the valves supplies it: – Isolate lifting by closing the 4 way valve.

– Switch off the ignition.

Spool valve unit Removal – Remove the hydraulic lines (1) interfering with removal of the valve unit.

– Remove the cables of the mechanical control system (2).

– Remove the screws (3).

– Plan a lifting means.

– Remove the entire valve unit with its bracket.

Blanking plate Removal – Perform the valve unit removing operations.

– Unscrew the 4 nuts (1) and the two screws (2), the second is located behind the bracket.

– Remove the plate (3).

Refitting – Change the O-rings (4).

Note: The O-rings will be oiled before refitting.

– Refit the plate (3).

– Tighten nuts (1) to 3 daN.m.

Removal – Remove the spool valve block.

– Loosen screw (1).

– Remove the supply plate (2) by pulling upwards.

– Unscrew the "7006" pressure restricter.

Refitting – Refit by applying the reverse removal sequence.

– Replace O-rings (1) and (2).

– Remove the valve body (1) with its sealing plate (2).

– Change the O-rings (3) on the lower face of the valve body.

– Change the O-rings (4) located in the sealing plate.

Note: The O-rings will be oiled before refitting.

– Refit by applying the reverse removal sequence.

– Loosen screw (1).

– Remove the adapter and hydraulic tap assembly (2).

– Pull out the valve assembly (3).

Refitting the zero leak valve – Refit by applying the reverse removal sequence.

Note: Ensure the ring (1) is positioned properly at the bottom of the hole in the valve body.

– Change the entire control (1) as well as the O-rings (2).

Note: Dip the spool in clean oil.

– Refit by applying the reverse removal sequence.

Removing the "kick-out" control* Note: This operation can be performed on the valve fitted on the tractor, or on the valve body placed in a vice.

– Place the valve body in a vice with aluminium jaws.

– Remove the cover (1).

– Insert a hex key at the end of the spool in (2).

– Unscrew the screw (3) on the control.

Note: Certain valve bodies are fitted with a zero leak valve (4). If the spool is to be removed, remove the valve (4).

– Remove the assembly (5).

– Loosen the cylinder (6).

– Remove the assembly (7).

Refitting the "kick-out" control* – Change the entire control as well as the O-rings .
