Compression check

Test conditions: – Remove the glow plugs. – Fit an M10 x 1,0 appropriate adapter with the threading sealing compound. – Fit the compression gauge onto the adapter. – Disconnect the common rail pressure sensor. – Run the engine for 10 to 15 seconds using the starter. – Compare the measurements on all cylinders. Compression pressure : 24 to 28 bar. Maximum difference between the cylinders: 3,5 bars.
