6. Once the shields position is rectified PSA can be switched back on if the roof

conditions are satisfactory by pressing the key.

If a shield has a MM MinCmpAng error then the Compensation cylinder will be close to its minimum retraction.

To clear the error in the shield either the legs must be lowered or the canopy tipped down.

1. Disable PSA in the shield where the compensation cylinder STOP has occured.

2. Press the key if required and check that the LED on this key is OFF.

2. While the SCU is in ‘Master Mode’ the function required on the adjacent shield can be selected. The function will stop when the key is released (a Deadman function).

3. Use either of the following keys to increase the caving – canopy angle.

Legs lower.

Canopy tip up.
