Initiate an adjacent group bankpush

WARNING

Mine safety procedures in regards to shield movement MUST be observed.

1. Press .

2. Select on which side of the local Shield to operate the bankpush by pressing either

or .

3. Pressing , the operator can toggle between the operating modes (ALL, SNAKE,

TAPER).

All =all Shields will push until it reaches the target stroke. Snake = The AFC will push to form a snake. Taper = AFC will push over with an evenly calculated Taper between the Shields in the display.

4. Pressing , the operator can toggle between the directions that the group function will operate.

Operating mode Direction

BP: SNAKE 61 > r2 c100 s100 SA-Idle

NOTICE

The default direction assumes that when snake mode is selected the operator wishes to bring the snake towards him.

5. Press to begin the AFC advance.

The Shields will push the AFC in the group range to the target stroke.

Press to stop the bankpush anytime.
