Initiate the trigger for the Main to Tail TCC sequence

During SRB operations a trigger is available to initiate a free running automatic TCC sequence from the Maingate to the Tailgate. For this trigger to be available the following conditions must be met. • SRB is active • The SRB Tail to Main TCC sequence has completed or the Shearer has passed the S_dist Main trigger point on the Main to Tail sequence. • Within 10 minutes of the trigger becoming available or the shearer enters the Tailgate.

Or,

• An SRB newstart is initiated in the Main to tail direction. • Shearer leading drum is within S_offset distance of No.3 shield.

1. When the trigger is available the key will flash on all MG 3-leg shields.

2. Press the key.

3. Press the key.

The PMCR display will now display,

SRB TCC trigger (P)

r2 c100 s100 SA-Idle

4. Now press the key to start the Main to Tail TCC.

It is recommended that the SRB Tail to Main TCC sequence has completed before initiating the Main to tail sequence.
