foot cylinder Grease the foot cylinder (2) through the fittings located on the rod and cylinder eye (4 places) (Fig. 60) with Spec. 100-3. Pump new grease into the fitting until old grease can be observed coming out of the bushing.

breaker electric motor Every 3 months

Lubricate the breaker power unit electric motor with Spec. 100-3 through the two (2) grease fittings located on the lubrication manifold (Fig. 61) located on the right side of the machine. Pump only one or two pumps of grease into each fitting.

NOTICE! Incorrect grease or over greasing may cause serious damage to the electric motor.

Lubricate the conveyor power unit electric motor with Spec. 100-3 through the two (2) grease fittings located on the lubrication manifold (Fig. 62) located on the right side of the machine. Pump only one or two pumps of grease into each fitting.

Lubricate the reducer with Spec. 100-3 through the three (3) grease fittings located on the reducer (Fig. 63) located on the right side of the discharge section. Pump only one or two pumps of grease into each fitting.

torque limiter Check torque limiter clutch disk wear as shown. Clutch disk must be changed when 3.46”is measured as shown in Fig. 64.
