Right Hand Console Controls

EMERGENCY STOP

A red mushroom type pushbutton which sets ALL brakes and de-energizes ALL controllers on the machine when it is pressed. MG SET STOP

A red, flush-mounted pushbutton used to initiate MG SET shutdown. HOIST BRAKE

A red light that indicates when the HOIST brakes are set. DRAG BRAKE

A red light that indicates when the DRAG brakes are set. PROPEL BRAKE

A red light that indicates when the PROPEL brakes are set. SWING BRAKE

A red light that indicates when the SWING brakes are set. DRAG MODE

A red light that indicates the machine is in DRAG mode. PROPEL MODE

A yellow light that indicates the machine is in PROPEL mode. HOIST BRAKE

A switch which sets or releases the HOIST brakes (Set, Release). EXCITATION STOP BUTTON

A pushbutton that DE-ENERGIZES the hoist, drag and swing controllers and also the solenoid circuits.

EXCITATION START / FAULT RESET

A green illuminated pushbutton that ENERGIZES the hoist, drag and swing controllers and also the solenoid circuits. It is also used to clear all faults after the problem had been solved. SWING BRAKE

A switch which sets or releases the SWING brakes (Set, Release). DRAG/PROPEL TRANSFER SWITCH

A 2-position switch to transfer between DRAG mode and PROPEL mode. DRAG /PROPEL BRAKE SWITCH

A switch which sets or releases the DRAG/PROPEL brakes (Set, Release).

SEAT CONSOLE POSITION

A selector switch used to adjust the left-to-right position of the operator’s seat (Left, Right). 12V POWER OUTLET

Connection for 12v powered outlet. PCR TEST POINTS

Interface for testing. NOTE: The motion brakes are HOLDING BRAKES ONLY and are not intended to retard or stop any drive motion EXCEPT in an emergency situation. See Plugging the Motion. Always bring any drive motion to a halt before applying these brakes.
