OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS RH 120 E Operation Switching on the electric motor Ü Insert key in key-switch (32, Fig. 2-46:) and turn clockwise. The control voltage is switched on.
Keys (51 and 52, Fig. 2-46:) must not be actuated while the motor is running up to speed (max. 6 seconds).
Cf. indicators on the BCS-monitor (Fig. 2-47:).
Ü Actuate START key (51, Fig. 2-46:) briefly. The switch-on phase is controlled by a time-lag relay. If the electric motor fails to start up, repeat the switch-on procedure.

An electric timer interlock (SPC) allows the electric motor to be started up not more than 4 times per hour (at 15-minute intervals). The indicator lamps (42, Fig. 2-46:) and (2, Fig. 2-48:) come on as soon as the rotary field is correct
