ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Electrical connection
For equipment installation, we supply the following: • Hard-wired cables, covered by a protection sheath long enough for machine arm. • Ties for fastening cable harness along the path. • Control panel to be fastened in the cabin, with all required connection cables. - Using the supplied clamps, fasten the preassembled pipes and cables to machine arm, following the existing lines so as to avoid damaging the kinematic mechanism. - Set control panel in the cabin. - Connect cables to box following the diagram below and route them outside the cabin.
Attention Arrange the cables so that they do not hinder operator’s movements, paying attention that they do not interfere with mobile parts, hinges, passageways, where the risk of them being damaged or broken exists.
Note As every operating machine has a tool-holder frame that is different from that present on another one (even if conceptually they can be similar) the information supplied is only general.
Connect equipment to power supply by plugging the male connector (1) to the machine cigarette lighter socket. DB.1. ON/OFF manipulator DB.2. 14-Pins connector
Attention Depending on the configuration of your equipment, follow the diagrams below for all connections.
