Installation

Kit installation

Install the two hydraulics connectors (3) the top the solenoid valve (2) .

Install the two ° elbows (10) the solenoid valve (2) : • One ° elbow (10) the side the solenoid valve

• One ° elbow (10) the bottom the solenoid valve (2)

Install the solenoid valve bracket (1) the two studs welded the front chassis. Install the washers (4) and the nuts (5) fix the bracket (1) the front chassis.

Position the solenoid valve (2) the bracket (1) . Install the two bolts (7) , the four washers (6) and the nuts (8) fix the solenoid valve (2) the bracket (1) fixed the front chassis.

Cut the tie straps from the connector YPE , tied back the front chassis harness. Connect the connector YPE the front chassis harness the solenoid valve (2) .

Connect the coupler tank hose (17) the ° elbow (10) the side the solenoid valve (2) .

Connect the coupler pressure hose (18) the ° elbow (10) the side the solenoid valve (2) . NOTE: before tightening the hoses (17) and (18) , orient properly the two ° elbow (10) and then tighten.

Remove the existing plug indicated (see arrow) from the main control valve (V) . Remove the diagnostic coupler (D) .
