Changing a wheel (4 wheel configuration)

Tools required

-One 33 mm wrench for hexagonal head screws (delivered with machine) 1. Park the machine on flat, firm level ground, which is clear of all obstacles and remove the starter switch key. 2. Loosen the retaining nuts on the wheel to be removed.

3. Start the engine and use the stabilizers, dozer blade or attachment (depending on machine version) to raise the machine so that the wheels are not in contact with the ground. Stop the engine and remove the starter switch key. 4. Place blocks under the axle of the wheel to be removed.

5. Remove the wheel nuts and then remove the wheel.

6. Install a new wheel, making sure that the tread is pointing in the same direction as that of the wheel removed.

7. Install the wheel nuts and tighten them to a torque of 54 ± 8 m daN. 8. Remove the blocks from under the axle.

9. Lower the machine to the ground. NOTE: Make sure that the new tyre is inflated to the correct pressure. Reinflate it, if necessary.
