1.2. Inspection

1.Thoroughly clean all parts and remove all nicks and burrs with emery cloth.

WARNING

Be extremely careful when working with solvent. Even a small explosion or fire could cause injury or death.

WARNING

Compressed air used for cleaning MUST be reduced to less than 30 psi. and then only with effective chip-guarding and personal protective equipment.

2.Inspect all bearings and replace as needed. 3.Inspect wheel(s) for flat spots or pieces of material missing from tire. 4.Inspect axle shaft for scoring or rust. If it can not be removed with emery cloth replace axle.
