(9) Elevate the platform, and then make sure that the platform does not descend naturally.

(10) If there are no abnormalities or problems so far, step on the platform and check the following items.

(a) Operate the machine, press the Emergency stop switch and make sure that the engine is shut down and the movement stops immediately. (b) Operate the machine, release the foot switch and make sure that the movement stops immediately. (c) Rotate the platform and make sure that the platform rotates smoothly without excessive free play. (d) Operate the machine thoroughly from the upper control and make sure that all of the functions are normal.
