4.12 Indicator lights
The following indicator lights are installed on the upper control panel.
System failure light Fuel level light
Engine failure light
Tilt warning light Overload warning light
(1) System failure light
This light blinks in the event of computer control system failure. Stop using the machine and contact Aichi service shop for inspections, if this light blinks. (2) Engine failure light
This light goes on in the event of an engine failure e.g. failed charging system, abnormally low oil pressure and abnormally high cooling water temperature. Check the indicator lights located on the lower control panel to identify the cause. (3) Tilt warning light
This light goes on and the alarm buzzer sounds when the machine tilts more than 3 degrees. Do not elevate the platform, if this light goes on. (4) Fuel level light
This light goes on when the fuel level is low. Refill the fuel tank with diesel fuel when this light goes on. This light goes on when the remaining fuel reaches 23 liters (8 gallons). (5) Overload warning light
This light blinks, the alarm buzzer sounds and all of the functions are disabled when the platform is overloaded.
