Installing the differential

– Refit the O-rings (A) into the casing, piston side. – Assemble the piston with the press, then refit it in its housing. – Clamp with the retainer ring.

Note: to facilitate refitting with the centering pin (B), make a mark (C) on the piston and casing.

– Assemble the differential assembly. – Use "CLAASAgrigreaseEP2" to grease the pinion rods and washers.

– Assemble the casings by matching the marks (R). – Smear the screws with Loctite(270) and tighten at 12 ± 1 daN·m.
