Copyright by Volkswagen AG. 8.2 Installing 8.2.1 Welding in Replacement part ♦ Outer wheel housing liner ♦ 2K body adhesive -D 180 KD3 A2Note s New part must be welded-in within 20 minutes or adhesion prop‐erties of adhesive will be impaired. r – Apply 2-K body adhesive -D 180 KD3 A2- to inner wheel hous‐ing liner contact surface. – Adapt new part to fit and secure in position when vehicle is standing on its wheels or positioned on a alignment bracket . – Check fit with side panel.
