Elisha emphasises on the importance of testing ideas and trying out new strategies in business. He understands that it's easier said than done but encourages businesses of all sizes to not let the fear of failure hold them back. He will be delivering a keynote talk that combines an interactive twist to engage everyone involved, as he looks at how to redefine failure and embrace creativity for business success.

Elisha has been in the business world on some level for nearly a decade and has personally experienced his share of setbacks. One of his earliest challenges was the closure of a retail clothing store he owned at the age of 19, after almost 2 years of operation. This was one of his biggest challenges and greatest learning curves. After this setback, he went to work in hospitality. But with many other experiences and failures over the years, he now runs two successful brands.

He is constantly testing out new ways of doing things and is passionate about sharing his strategy and mindset for bouncing back from perceived failures and achieving success.

Alicia is a highly skilled and experienced professional, with expertise in business, fitness, and coaching. She is a former educator of the year, known for her ability to take action, finish what she starts, and lead in a non-judgmental manner. Her clients are often high achievers who are at risk of burnout, and she helps them slow down with gratitude, self-care, and habits before they speed up again. She shows her clients what is possible and how to use the skills and strengths they may not know they have. Additionally, Alicia is passionate about community and charity work, running and new experiences.

Self Sabotage Sucks with Tania Comerford

Tania Comerford has been passionate about mental, emotional and relational well-being for over 30 years now. Tania is a qualified counsellor and trauma therapist. Twelve years ago Tania, her husband Dean and their two teenage children left their homeland of southern NZ to move to tropical Queensland. Tania and Dean have been married for 35 years and together they own Nourish Mind Soul Body and beautiful Villa Cavour in Point Vernon.

Tania is close to completing her first book “I got a New Husband in Three Weeks”. It is the story of their lived experience of the life-changing trauma therapy they offer to clients.

During this session, Tania will explain the why behind selfsabotage (for us and our staff) including Why and how we form negative beliefs about ourselves - which hold us back from winning at work and home. She will discuss how we can then replace negative self-belief with the truth!! We need positive self-beliefs to thrive. This session will be engaging, practical and empowering and the information in it applies to every human being - business owners, their staff and their clients/customers.
