Elisha has been in the business world on some level for nearly a decade and has personally experienced his share of setbacks. One of his earliest challenges was the closure of a retail clothing store he owned at the age of 19, after almost 2 years of operation. This was one of his biggest challenges and greatest learning curves. After this setback, he went to work in hospitality. But with many other experiences and failures over the years, he now runs two successful brands.

He is constantly testing out new ways of doing things and is passionate about sharing his strategy and mindset for bouncing back from perceived failures and achieving success.
