HER EM-PACT is a private sector global platform founded by Dr. Cheryl A. Hill in May 2023 in support of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals and "Every Woman, Every Child", an initiative of the UN that builds upon the core leadership principles of the 4Es: Educate, Empower, Enhance and Enrich, and activates partnerships, economic and social development activities to preserve culture and empower women. Our mission is to promote strategic trainings, engagements, and positive social change to harness the power of business/leadership development, governmental positioning, arts & entertainment and agribusiness by implementing creative strategies for sustainable economic growth and independence of communities worldwide, through the expression of "Exclusive Networking and Partnerships.”

HER EM-PACT intentionally designs intimate gatherings of influential female figures committed to making a difference to the lives of women, girls, their communities, and nations, through an exchange of creative ideas, resources and partnerships. We convene influential women from diplomatic, political, academic, business, philanthropic and entertainment spheres, around key global issues.

HER EM-PACT features leading-edge discussions, networking and skill-building focused on developing and celebrating female leaders making short-term and long-term impact. We make room for emerging leaders, forging new connections, and creating platforms to hear and to become involved with:
