What OPTION do you really have in “not” fulfilling your assignment/calling? Is it your emotions, your finances or are your just plain stuck? None of these are options unto GOD Almighty HE has given us EVERYTHING pertaining to life (everyday situations) and godliness (your responsibility unto God). There are no options for us as Christians.
In this season each of us has to make a DECISION of where we are, what we are to do, what our assignment truly is and how we must execute our assignment
OUR CALLING has called us to a place of decision making. What will your answers be? Jesus has done it ALL for us 2 Peter 1:3

Our vision is to bring to light the value of Christian women operating both in the ministry and in the marketplace, to showcase godly wisdom, unity, empowerment and advancement through godly living and principles.
EMPACT
Our focus in all that we do considers 3 E’s, EMPATHY, EMPHASIS AND EMPOWERMENT. All three command us to CARE and to strategically work with strategies and compassion. This is how we obtain EM-PACT (not impact)
6 MONTHS!
This GOD VISION was launched in March 2024, specifically for Christian women, with an emphasis on understanding the marketplace and a Christian women’s value in the marketplace GOD has blessed us. We are almost at our 6 month milestone. Let’s say AMEN!

HER EM-PACT features leading-edge discussions, networking and skillbuilding focused on developing and celebrating female leaders making shortterm and long-term impact.

Conversations and skill-building workshops on topics including inclusivity and belonging, engaging in critical conversations, and navigating ethical dilemmas
Industry-focused workshops including experts from tech, agriculture/textile, media, venture capital/private equity, and entrepreneurship fields.

Prophetic Word: This is the year that those who can hear and who have been in a place of maturity will come into the knowledge of their “exact assignment”, know how to achieve the assignment (s), and also impact those starting from your family and then work throughout the globe. Emotions, finances nor health will be a setback. God will place “speed” upon your life as if miracles are overtaking you. You will catch up because YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION and you will not depend on your past feelings, past history nor your previous strengths. This flow will be completely new...leaning on the Lord Most High. The gifts of the Spirit will lead you. Your Responsibility: Stay in God’s presence until you HEAR his voice, understanding comes or until visions outside of your norm happen.
Evidence- God will provide indicators that you have been heard, you will know if your timing is now, etc, through 1) His Word 2) confirmation of others 3) peace and understanding will come.
TheStrengthofShared Resources
Her EmPact is adamant about sharing resources. Collectively we have various solid resources that can enable another with their vision. Our Executive Staff takes the time to go over every profile on Whatsapp and Facebook to see how we can assist and also to see the value of each woman’s gift so that it can be shared. For the years 2024-25 Her EmPact has committed to assisting our Humanitarian International Advisor, Ms. Caetano with providing in-kind and financial assistance to assist in the yearly outreach to Refugee Camps and various underserved communities in Nigeria.

Sydney has been a model and loves this creative industry. She also has come on board as our Workforce Development International Advisor.
Her EmPact is embarking on creating a comprehensive, informative and inspiring magazine for our Her Empact Members. We want to make certain that our members have the opportunity to showcase their products and services. This year we will not charge any member for placing an ad.
