Emmanuel Baptist Church Hosts Training in Evangelism

Emmanuel Baptist Church, 8350 St. Rd. 236, North Salem, is hosting “How to have a Gospel Conversation,” on Sunday, February 28, at 10:30 a.m.

The training is being offered by David Wilson, President and co-founder of OnMission2 International Ministries. OnMission2 was incorporated in 2019, shortly after David and his wife, Debra, returned from Equidor, DAVID WILSON South American, where that had served as full-time missionaries from 2014.

In Ecuador, David and Debra established two local churches and ministered to three existing churches, providing training in leadership development and personal evangelism. During their time in Ecuador, their ministries expanded with outdoor evangelism campaigns, outreach Bible studies and home visitation. They received preaching and teaching opportunities through invitations from public schools, orphanages, neighborhood associations and government officials who heard about their work.

David was instrumental in initiating a mission partnership between the Ecuador Baptist Convention and the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana that led to approximately 100 Ecuadorian pastors receiving theological training over a three-year period.

David is offering to train churhes in the Unitied States in his unique training in evangelism developed from his personal experience.

For more information about David and Debra Wilson, visit onmission2.org. ____________________________________________________
