Tony Alo signed to stay home for Marian University following a three-year letter winning career with head coach John Hart and Brownsburg football. During the 2019 and 2020 seasons Alo had 67 tackles as a starter for the Brownsburg defense.

THIRTEEN BHS STUDENT ATHLETES SIGN NATIONAL LETTERS OF INTENT

Brownsburg Athletics celebrated Signing Day Feb. 3 as thirteen Brownsburg High School seniors signed to continue their athletic and academic careers at the collegiate level. The group included All-HCC, All-State, All-District and Academic All-State selections. ______________________________________________________________________

Three-time Brownsburg football letter winner Jonah Billups signed to continue his career for Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Billups was an Academic All-State selection and Academic letter winner during his Brownsburg career. The OLB recorded 92 career total tackles and 3.0 career sacks for the Bulldogs. ______________________________________________________________________

Baseball letter-winner Blake Fuller will head to Bryant and Stratton College in Buffalo, New York following the 2021 season with Brownsburg and Head Coach Dan Roman. ______________________________________________________________________

All-Hoosier Crossroads Conference and All-State honorable mention tennis selection Jake Giles signed with Marian University to continue his career. Giles was a three-year letter winner for Brownsburg and a team captain during his junior and senior campaigns. As a senior, Giles won an HCC Individual championship and was also an All-District selection under head coach Spencer Fields. ______________________________________________________________________

Ethan Hendricks signed to play lacrosse for Wabash College following a three-year letter career as a Bulldog. Hendricks was a Varsity team captain for Brownsburg lacrosse and was also awarded a varsity letter with Brownsburg football. ______________________________________________________________________

Brownsburg DE Jacob Howell will also play football for Marian University. Howell was awarded a varsity letter after recording 32 total tackles and 4.0 sacks as a Bulldog. ______________________________________________________________________

Kanon Kelley will also continue his football career for Wabash College. Kelley was awarded three-letters during his career on the Brownsburg offensive line. The guard was a key cog in protecting one of the HCC’s top offensive attacks. ______________________________________________________________________

All-HCC WR Luke Lacey chose to play for the University of Indianapolis following a stellar career with Brownsburg football. Lacey had 79 career receptions for over 1400 yards and 15 touchdowns as a Bulldog. Lacey was also a three-year letter winner in track and field and a four-year letter winner for Brownsburg boys’ basketball. ______________________________________________________________________

Ty Mathews signed to play baseball for Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. Matthews is a three-year letter winner in baseball and football during his Brownsburg career. During the 2019 baseball season Matthews hit .280 to go with 21 hits and 12 RBI. ______________________________________________________________________

Pitcher Jackson Parent will continue his baseball career for Oakland City University in Oakland City, Indiana. In 2019 Parent, a two-time letter winner, had a 3.00 ERA in 11.2 varsity innings for Brownsburg. ______________________________________________________________________

2020 IHSAA Tennis Individual State Runner-up Petar Petrovic signed to play for Ball State University. Petrovic was a four-time All-State selection and four-time IHSAA Sectional champion. Last fall, he was the first Brownsburg individual to advance to the IHSAA State Finals match. ______________________________________________________________________

Baseball letter-winner Gavin Pierson signed with Wabash College Crawfordsville, Indiana. ______________________________________________________________________

Jalen Wilson also signed to play football for the University of Indianapolis. The MLB recorded 125 total tackles during his 20-game varsity career at Brownsburg. Wilson was three-year letter winner for Brownsburg football and also a three-year letter winner for Brownsburg lacrosse. ______________________________________________________________________
