Bags rated A through D offer different forms of protection that chemical companies can choose from depending on the requirements of customers products.
Our company also has a Food Grade manufactured FIBC and clean room facilities to meet the needs of all Food manufacturers. Our company has a range of designs that have been used in Food Segments such as Milk Powder, Chocolate Powder, baby food, and etc.
The raw material and components used in the manufacturing of our food grade bulk bags are safe to be used in food-contact applications and are produced with virgin PP, PE, UVI. They are not produced with any known chemicals.
Small woven Sacks made of Polypropylene is one of the most cost-effective packaging solutions for Industries like Cashew nuts, fertilizer, sugar, solid chemicals, food grains, animal feeds, flour, maize etc. We offer 100% custom designed polypropylene woven bags/sacks as per the requirements and specifications of our customers; in different size, with or without lamination and inner liner.
Medium to high tenancity polypropylene yarn on a wide deniers and colours are produced and marketed under the trade name “Multilon” and “Neolin”. Multi filament yarn is used as industrial sewing thread and for various type of webbing products. The yarn producing facilities are equipped with lines from Extrusion System Limited of UK and Fare of Italy.

Popularly known as jumbo bags, are designed for a wide range of storage and carrying purposes. Generally, the capacity of these jumbo bags ranges between 500 Kgs to 2000 Kgs. Collapsible containers usually made from polypropylene woven fabrics used to transport and storage non-liquid bulk solids. These bags are used in a wide variety of industries ranging fom petrochemical, cement, mining, agriculture products, etc.
Bale Covers provide protection against dirt and moisture. Ideal for keeping contents clean during storage, transport and shipping. They are manufactured with heavy duty woven polypropylene fabric that is tear and puncture resistant. Fabric is breathable yet protects against moisture. Lamination can be added for an additional layer of protection against moisture.
At PT. Wiharta Karya Agung or known as “wicon” brand, we understand your packaging needs and specialize in four specific types of FIBC bags universally labeled as Type A, B, C or D, which differ on their electrostatic properties and grounding requirements.
Type A FIBC / Bulk Bag (no electrostatic protection).
Type A bulk bags are basic, all-purpose bags that are made of plain-woven polypropylene. These FIBC bags do not offer static protection and are only used to safely transfer non-flammable products. Flammable solvents or gases should not be present in or around Type A bags.
Type B FIBC / Bulk Bag (Surface breakdown voltage of <6kV).
These bags are also made of non-conductive materials and should be used in the presence of combustible dusts with MIE of greater than 3mj — but not around flammable vapors. Type B FIBC bags are used to store and safely transport dry, flammable powders.
Type C big bags are produced from fabrics with conductive fibers at certain intervals on big bags. The bag must always be grounded during filing and unloading to prevent powerful sparks discharges. The voltage rating of the conductive fibers on the bag must be in contact with less than 107 ohms of resistance to the ground.
Type D bags are static-dissipating bags similar in use to Type C, but these bags do not require grounding. Instead the antistatic fabric itself has special additives to avoid brush discharges and incendiary sparks. Type D FIBC bags can safely store and transport flammable powders or when flammable dust or gases are present.
Wicon is the only Indonesian manufacturer holding Texene, USA’s license and rights to produce type D Crohmiq® fabric and bags.
Type C FIBC / Bulk Bag (Grounded & electrically conductive).
Type D FIBC / Bulk Bag (CROHMIQ static dissipative or antistatic).
Our FIBCs are highly customizable and can be created to accommodate your specific handling, transportation and storage needs.
4-PANEL
4-panel bags are constructed with four individual pieces of fabric sewn together to form a square structure. They hold their square shape better than other types of constructions due to the way they’re put together which does offer some advantages in certain applications.
U-PANEL
U-panel bags are constructed with 3 body panels (often referred to as U+2 to reflect the single piece of material sewn together with the 2 side panels). One runs the full length of the bag forming the two sides and two additional pieces form the other two sides.
Circular bags are constructed with one “tubular” pieces of fabric that forms all sides off the bag allowing for the stitching only at the top and bottom of the bag where the top and bottom are attached.
STANDARD BAFFLE
Baffle bags have additional pieces of fabric sewn across each corner to allow the bag to retain its square shape when filled.
Baffle bags can hold up to 30% more volume per bag when utilizing the same footprint, allowing for enhanced stability when stacking and enhanced space optimization when storing and transporting.
