ACT II: UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS

As we tour properties, I’ll help you evaluate each one and determine the best fit. Once we find the perfect home, we’ll craft a strong offer and negotiate the best possible terms.

ACT IV: THE INSPECTION PERIOD

Congratulations! Your offer has been accepted, and your future home is under contract! Now, we move into the critical inspection period.
