ISABELLA MAKKONEN MOVED to Kauppakartanonkatu, where a new Heka location was just recently completed, at the turn of February and March. She is a returnee, as Makkonen moved away from the same plot to a replacement apartment about three years ago, when the previous residential building was demolished.

“I was informed of the decision to demolish the building and the move to a replacement apartment at the start of 2019,” Makkonen recalls.

Immediately after residents were informed of the demolition by letter, there was also an information event where residents were provided with information about the move.

“Alleviating any undue concerns right at the start benefits everyone,” says Project Manager Sirpa Pylväs from the City of Helsinki’s Housing Production Department.

The move took place at the end of 2019. In total, it took about six years from the demolition decision for the new building to be completed.

– Uppgiften om rivningen och flytten till en tillfällig bostad kom i början av år 2019, minns Makkonen. Efter brevet med meddelandet hölls det ett tillfälle där man berättade för husets invånare om flytten.

– Det gagnar alla att man genast i början röjer undan onödiga bekymmer, säger Sirpa Pylväs , projektchef på Helsingfors bostadsproduktion.

Flytten blev aktuell i slutet av samma år. I det stora hela gick det sex år från beslutet om rivningen till att det nya huset blev färdigt.

Alla brandvarnare ger en ljudsignal om att batteriet håller på att ta slut. Gör då genast en felanmälan till Heka.

Om brandvarnaren slår larm på grund av till exempel matos, vädra omgivningen kring apparaten noggrannt. Tysta inte brandvarnaren genom att ta loss den eller avlägsna batteriet.
