Our U23s beat Benton on penalties last weekend to progress in the Bill Gardner Cup after a 2-2 draw.
Matty Robinson felt the side weren't at their best however, with a number of things to work on.

"At times we played good football," assessed the central midfielder.
"We played short passes all over the park and created some good chances, however we weren't clinical enough.
"We were sloppy at times and allowed the opposition to take us to penaltieshuge credit to Benton, you can see why they're top of their league.
"The
Gary Henry's outfit return to league action on this afternoon with a trip to to Stobswood Welfare.
The hosts are currently third in the table, but with several games in hand, are favourites for the league title.
"Stobswood is going to be a very tough game," previewed Robinson.
"If we are wanting to get promotion this season, this is a game that's a must-win.
"They've only had one defeat in the league this season and are a very physical team who like to play football, so it should be a good test for us.
"If we all turn up with the right attitude of wanting to win, we will beat them.
"I truly believe on our day, no team in this league or anyone in the Northern Alliance beats us."
Hebburn Town U23s sit seventh in the table but a win on the road today could see them jump as high as fourth.
