We hear things about style of play - my style of play is winning. Last Friday against Stockton, we were outstanding with the ball and moved it really well. Against Shildon, we dug in and put bodies on the line. It wasn't a brilliant performance, but we got a 1-0 win and clean sheet which we've been dying for. We've defended quite well over the last few weeks and deserved that clean sheet. We couldn't have played Shildon at a worse time with their managers going, so if anything it's an even better win. It was 6:15pm and I only had five names on the teamsheet due to injuries. It just proves what group we've got when the lads want to put the shirt on and play for each other. On nights like Tuesday, that's what gets you a result. Liam Murray has been great - we pulled him out against Stockton for tactical reasons and it worked. He was outstanding on Tuesday - when he picks the ball up, there's not many midfielders these days who can create what he can. It'll be a tough game today against Grantham they'll take points off teams due to the players they've got. I know their start has been indifferent and I believe that's down to their pitch - if you look at their squad, they'll be up there once they get going. We're looking forward to it - it's at our place and we're not going to let teams come here and do things the easy way.
