H2H Lifeline What is the will of God and how can you be used for His Works to make a difference‌ We all have one reason on Earth & to me I take it to heart the thing is Do you?, We are here for a short time but we have a purpose and that is to do for others, I had did a funeral few weeks ago & I said at that time we all live a Legacy, But let that legacy before God. James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom let Him ask of God who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to you. the other day I had someone call me and ask questions about this or that and I did my best to answer them & His words was to me, the words shocked me He said & you call yourself a Pastor

and then he said you are not wise to be a Pastor. He said that because I did not answer it the way he wanted me to answer it also it was about politic I do not mix that with my walk with God. I speak the truth the Bible even says speak the truth all I can do is let him go & Pray for Him. But see in today's world some think that they know all But I Know God knows More .well Ask God first because if you lead someone the wrong way you are to answer for it. I go by the Holy Spirit that's where I get my answers.

Psalm 32:8 I will instruct and teach you in the way you should go I will guide you with

my eyes.

God has called me to be a teacher & leader but God wants you to go to him first you know sometimes it gets me that all that God teaches is in the Word but some do not want to read the word but that how you grow I in a way did take it hard when that person said I was not wise to be a Pastor but yet he is asking me for answers about every other thing & not asking about how to grow with God, I guess what I'm trying to say is that you got to want & have the will of God & let Him

lead you look I said many times if you are not lead then let someone who is lead not only bu God but the spirit.

Psalm 119; 105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and the light of my path.

See the will of God is in the Bible it is up to you if you want to live his way or your way. If it’s your way you may fall, when I look at Heart to Heart I have seen interns come & Go, I have seen some that stood with God & this Ministry & are now Pastors elsewhere, I have also seen interns that did not make it because they put their words before Gods, there is nothing more then I would ever want to do more than finding & doing the will of God. The question is what about you?? a lot would say that me telling that person that it was disrespectful to say I should not be a pastor because his thought is that I was Not being a wise or giving him answer he wanted it does not work that way read the Bible if you do you Got the answers if it has to do with the Lord I will help you guide you if it has to do with things of the world its best to ask someone else.

Proverbs 6:22; 23

When you roam they will lead you when you sleep they will keep you and when you awake they will speak with you for the commandments it is the lamp And the Law is the light; reproofs of instruction are the way of life.

So when you read that verse what does it say? Go to God Pastor do go to school they learn but there goal is to lead you & teach you the Word that Gods Wrote or spoken not to give you answer of politics or Manmade Laws or government issues..

NO we are to Teach others the way of God the other thing I need to be vocal on this God has written the Word you are not to Chang what He has written you know when I read the Books of Paul and what He Wrote it was for you & Me to take the Teaching that he Learned from what he went

through and pass it on.

John 16; 13 However when He the spirit of truth has come He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority but whatever, He hears He will speak; And He will tell you things to come.

Now let me end it this way all we do all we give is for the lord it is disappointing to me when we have mega churches looking it as a profit & not a Place of salvation or when we don't lead the youth to step into doing God’s work . We see a lot of things into-days world but if the last generation had been doing God’s work & Teaching Right in my Mind we would not be where we are today But let me say this it is not to late not for the churches not for you not for this world We got lots of work to do but it’s not just in God’s Hands or Mine it’s also in Yours .it’s not about politic fancy cars big houses it’s about what you can do for God before His Son Returns, Like it said He will tell you things to Come Rev Jerry L Williams

Alcohol Awareness Month…

April is Alcohol Awareness Month, and instead of toasting it, how about a look at some salient facts. Here, five things you should know about alcohol.

1. ‘BINGE DRINKING’ IS LESS DRINKS THAN YOU’D GUESS According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), heavy drinking is defined as eight or more drinks per week for women, and 15 or more drinks per week for men. Binge drinking, which the CDC calls “the most common form of drinking,” is defined as four or more drinks during a single occasion for women and five or more drinks during a single occasion for men.

3. DRINKING CAN BE DANGEROUS It’s easy to forget that drinking can result in death. Here are some stats from the NIAAA:

Death: 1,825 college students between the ages of 18 and 24 die each year from alcohol-related unintentional injuries.

Assault: More than 690,000 students between the ages of 18 and 24 are assaulted by another student who has been drinking.

Sexual Abuse: More than 97,000 students between the ages of 18 and 24 are victims of alcohol-related sexual assault or date rape.

12 Tips for Elderly Disaster Preparedness‌ When a major disaster occurs, your community and your family's lives can change in an instant. When natural disasters, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis and nuclear power plant explosions strike, they affect thousands of people every year. Equally as dangerous and unexpected are man-made threats: bombs, terrorist attacks and chemical warfare.

Here are some precautions to take to prepare your family, including elderly loved ones, for a disaster.

Trooper is 6 years old and he has the gift of knowing when others are down, sick depressed & sometimes he knows when someone may be leaving us. Trooper is a well trained dog. Once you put that vest on he knows it is time for work & is eager to do so. Trooper’s duties are emergency visits to hospitals. Trooper also goes to nursing homes on Thursday’s & Friday’s where he greets everyone at the Heart to Heart Bible study. When the Pastor Prays Trooper knows when to jump up & pray with the Pastor. He also sits there through the study & goes to greet everyone when he comes & goes. A lot of time those who are terminally ill’s family will call the K9 team & he will just sit there to comfort that person. Sometimes he visits first responder's as well. Troopers hobbies are running, toys watching TV and being with those he loves. Trooper is one of a kind. We also have Dexter who is three years old. It is with a good heart that we move forward in taking care of the elderly in our communities. We may be a small start but it's the small things that can make a big difference in someone's life.

JOHN 15:1‐8 This is pointless. What a waste of time. Why am I doing this?

Ever had those thoughts? I’ve heard it said before about church services and Sunday School classes (ouch!). Maybe you have heard this one: “The reason they don’t come to church is because they have been before” (Double ouch!). Have we been clear enough about our purpose?

Things are pointless when there is no purpose. We all need a purpose and we need to understand our purpose in order to live meaningful, productive lives and not just “go through the motions.”

The dictionary defines purpose as the reason for which something is done, or created, or for which something exists.

The writer of Ecclesiastes studied all aspects of life and after seeing the pointlessness of many of the things that consume our time, came to this conclusion: “to fear God and keep His commands for this is the whole duty of man.” I heard a memorable sermon on this text once titled: “Jesus makes the matter of life matter.” What a purpose statement!

The setting for our lesson today, John 15:1‐8, is the same as our previous study, the Farewell Discourse. Jesus’ departing instructions to his disciples are delivered as the scene moves from the upper room to the Mount of Olives and Gethsemane. Last words carry important truths.

PRUNING FOR PRODUCTIVITY ‐ JOHN 15:1‐3 Jesus makes the last of the seven “I am” statements here: “I am the true vine.” The allegory of the vineyard is a familiar illustration depicting great spiritual truth. The practice of pruning, both then and now, is necessary for proper fruit production. It is best accomplished by those who know what they are doing – I have learned this by experience.

Little or no pruning and a plant grows wild. Too much pruning and you kill the plant. The Father is the vine keeper that prunes as needed. The Father knows our individual needs, strengths, and weaknesses. He knows how to best shape our lives to be productive.

Each of us has a unique requirement for pruning. We are shaped, molded, and pruned through our individual experiences of life. My life doesn’t require the exact same pruning that someone else’s might. Different people learn, suffer, and grow as they are cared for uniquely by the vine keeper (the Father).
