PERSPECTIVE:
In 2022, Open Doors International ranked Iran the 9th most dangerous country to be a follower of Jesus. Afghanistan was ranked number one! Both Iran and Afghanistan are countries where our ministry focuses on. It is illegal to convert, gather, worship Jesus publicly, or obtain a Bible. However, many people in these countries are following Jesus and leaving their old religious traditions behind.
These are a few of their testimonies.

Dear Friends,
The booklet you hold in your hand offers you an inside look at how God is moving with signs, wonders, and miracles inside Iran, something I am very passionate about because this is how I was introduced to God.
Many years ago, my mother had a vision of Jesus in a dream and her life was never the same. Her transformation impacted my life in such a dramatic way that I also accepted Jesus as my Savior and never looked back!
As you read the following pages, my prayer is that your heart will be touched by God’s goodness and stirred to pray for the people of Iran and the region so that they will continue to experience signs, wonders, and miracles.
Blessings,

Mike Ansari, CEO, Heart4Iran

Meet Zahra: a 14-year-old who found healing from her deep depression through the love of Jesus Christ. It was her father Mehdi, a drug addict, who first heard the Gospel on our Christian satellite broadcast network and called into our 24/7 prayer and counseling center. He continued to reach out to our team for prayers to believe and understand the Truth and Good News. A week later, Zahra’s father gave His heart to the Lord and was delivered from his drug addiction. His wife had rejected the Gospel for years until she saw the impact it had on her husband. She called our counseling team to pray for her daughter’s healing from depression and her 8-year-old son’s anger issues. The whole family began to study the Word together. They saw Jesus in their dreams and experienced peace and healing in their home. Zahra said, “We are blessed, thank you!

A drug addict is set free because of the Gospel message. This is why we do what we do! Every day, through the support of our partners, the Gospel message is broadcast 24/7 into Iran and surrounding regions so people can experience the JOY of their salvation and the FREEDOM Christ paid for.
Imagine an entire family transformed by the love of Jesus because people aren’t afraid to share the Gospel inside a nation that is closed and persecutes Christians. Friends, this is happening every single day inside Iran and the surrounding regions! All glory to Jesus.
Heavenly Father, we thank you that the Gospel is being shared inside Iran and the surrounding regions. We declare protection over the families and that your glory will continue to transform these regions so desperately in need of a Savior. Amen.

Mojdeh was an Islamic praying woman (referred to as a “Maddah”), often going to visit with her neighbors and pray Quranic verses over them. She was familiar with the name of Jesus and other Biblical prophets but never prayed directly to them. One evening her son started having seizures and she prayed her Quranic verses but no healing began. Later, she decided to pray to a man named Jesus. She called out to Jesus, and that night her son, who had been sick in the hospital for days, was healed. Mojdeh shared this powerful moment with her neighbor, who had secretly prayed to Jesus and was a Mohabat viewer. Her neighbor then shared the Gospel with her, praying for her to give her heart to Jesus and do away with her Quran and prayer rituals. One day later she did and decided to print out her testimony. She passed it out to more than 3,000 people! Many have come to faith as a result of her testimony.

A desperate mother was crying out for help because her son was having seizures. Finding no hope in her Quranic verses, in agony she prays to a man named Jesus only to find that He totally HEALS her son!
Psalms 30 verse 2 declares that we can cry out to a Father who hears and heals! A mom in torment over her son finds HOPE in Jesus because He’s real and He heals! There are countless others that are in need of this Savior, Jesus. Will you help us reach them so they can encounter a love that never fails?
Heavenly Father, we can do no good thing apart from you, help us to lean on your saving grace that heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. We declare that the lost will continue to be found and the sick will continue to be healed. Amen.

After the fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban, many Afghans started questioning their religion. Aref, an Afghan Muslim, connected with our team on Facebook wanting to know more about Christianity. Our team explained the Gospel and after days of questions and answers, he decided to pray and give his heart to the Lord! Aref shared, “I am currently studying for my Master’s degree, but amidst the stress of this and my family’s opposition to my new faith, I have such peace and joy because of Jesus!”

Here, we have a young man who started to realize that Islam is not the answer to the problems that he was facing. Deep down, he knew there was more than what Islam offered and he found what he was looking for in Jesus!
Our brothers and sisters in Iran, Afghanistan, and the surrounding regions are finding joy even in the midst of difficult circumstances because of our faithful partners and friends. But we cannot relax in our pursuit of reaching them because there are millions more wandering without hope. We believe they will be reached with the help of the Holy Spirit and our faithful partners!
Heavenly Father, You are a God of hope filling people with joy even in the midst of difficult circumstances. We declare that our brothers and sisters in Iran, Afghanistan, and the surrounding regions will find this hope and experience your joy, and we commit to persevere in prayer until they do. Amen.

Much like the rest of the world, many people in Iran are struggling with mental health and emotional issues. Kiamarz had been anxious and sick for months, trying everything to get better but couldn’t find any healing. During this time, his brother shared with him the MohabatTV channel and encouraged him to start a relationship with the Lord. Kiamarz watched MohabatTV for the first time that night and learned that Jesus is a healer. He told our Call Center that he prayed and immediately felt a deep warmth in his body and slept well for the first time in months. He woke up full of energy and peace and had to call in to tell us what had happened. After we discussed what he had witnessed he requested a Bible from us!

Full of anxiety that was making him sick, Kiamarz reached out to our 24/7 call center for help. Finding encouragement from their words, he decided to watch MohabatTV- our 24/7 satellite broadcast channel - and this is when he experienced God’s peace for the first time.
So many of our brothers and sisters in Iran and the surrounding regions are searching for the same thing that Kiamarz experienced, God’s everlasting peace! We can be the bridge they cross to find it. Because of our faithful partners who continue to sow seed into the fertile soil of Iran and the Middle East, God’s reaching those desperate for a touch from the only one who can save them, Jesus.
Heavenly Father, please keep our hearts and hands open to the needs of our brothers and sisters in Iran and the surrounding regions. Let your Kingdom come and Your will be done on earth, in the Middle East, as it is in heaven. Amen.

Drug use and trafficking in Iran are wreaking havoc among Iranian youth. Yousef and his sister had a difficult life growing up in Iran. After his sister got married, Yousef wasn’t able to hold on to a job or pursue meaningful relationships due to his drug addiction. His drug addiction got so bad and so expensive that he often had no food to eat. The only person he could turn to was his sister. One day, depressed, hopeless, and hungry he visited his sister’s house. While he was there, the program on TV got his attention. The TV host was talking about how Jesus can bring hope, healing, and joy into life if we allow Him to. This was all new to him, yet a yearning in his heart pushed him towards praying along with the TV host. Yousef later recalled, “...I just prayed and asked Jesus to free me from drugs and give me joy”. The simple prayer with the Iranian Christian host completely transformed his life. In his last call to Mohabat TV, Yousef said, “... everyone is surprised at what Jesus has done in my life. A simple prayer with your TV host opened a door for God to bless me. Now, I am healed, I have a job, I am married, and I have a family.” This is the transforming power of Jesus.
Homeless and addicted to drugs, the only answer was Jesus, and that’s exactly who Yousef encountered! It wasn’t a complicated drawn-out encounter full of regrets. It was a simple request, “Jesus, free me from drugs and give me Joy.” And God did because He’s a good father!
We know there is great tragedy and suffering for our brothers and sisters in Iran, Afghanistan, and the surrounding regions, but we also know Jesus is ready and willing to save them from their sins. He is a merciful Father and a faithful friend. Hallelujah!

Heavenly Father, thank you for your great mercy and grace that is available to us all, we declare freedom and breakthrough for our brothers and sisters in Iran and the surrounding regions. We declare your goodness will touch them right where they’re at, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Mahnaz, a devout Muslim, would occasionally watch Mohabat TV because she enjoyed listening to the problems of those who would call in and get advice from the hosts. However, as problems were piling up in her own life, she found herself lost and craving something bigger than herself. One evening, she cried and begged God for a revelation of the truth, promising that she wouldn’t practice her Muslim religion. With no answer in sight, Mahnaz joined our Telegram channel and began asking for prayer from our counselors! As we kept in contact over the next couple of weeks, Mahnaz messaged us saying that her mother was rushed to the hospital and had immediate open-heart surgery. This left her in a coma and the doctors had told her that they did not have hope that she would wake up. We prayed with Mahnaz that night, affirming that our God is good and faithful to His promises. The next day she phoned us exclaiming, “I cried to Jesus last night and asked Him to heal my mother. I just got back from visiting the hospital and she is awake because Jesus gave her life! He truly is the Way and the Life!” We followed up with her a couple of days later. As a result of her faithfulness, she not only became a Christian, but her own mother and two of the nurses who cared for her gave their hearts to Jesus!
A devout Muslim whose life was unraveling reached out to MohabatTV prayer counselors. Not only did she accept Christ but also led her mother and others to Him as well! That is the power of the Gospel in action.
Without the faithful prayers and support of our partners, those anguishing in their sin wouldn’t find the hope offered by MohabatTV’s 24/7 satellite broadcast and call center. May the urgency of their cries for help never lessen in our ears and may we rise up to confront the lies of the enemy by spreading the gospel to Iran and the surrounding regions!

Heavenly Father, we declare that those lost inside Iran and the surrounding regions will encounter your steadfast love and faithfulness. Thank you that your mercies are new every morning and your light is shining in the darkness. Amen.

“My name is Sarah and I gave my life to Christ a year ago. Six years ago my son had a horrible accident and was in the hospital for more than twenty days. The doctors said he would never heal fully and would need to be on dialysis for the rest of his life. I was devastated. A year ago I happened to come across your shows on the TV and I learned about Jesus. The more I watched, the more I started to pray, and then I gave my heart to Christ! I prayed for my dear son’s healing every day. Later on, the doctor called me saying that my son was improving and may not need dialysis. This was a miracle from God!”

A report from the doctors said her son would never fully heal. In desperation, Sarah cried out to Jesus, and Jesus showed up and performed a MIRACLE for her son! Where there was once no hope, hope now abounds. Because “What is impossible with men is possible with God.”
What a stark difference between the doctor’s report and the hand of God at work upon those who cry out to Him in faith. May we never grow cold in our pursuit of signs, wonders, and miracles!
Heavenly Father, we declare a revolution against doubt and unbelief and an insurgence of FAITH and belief in God for Iran and the surrounding regions! Help us stay on fire for revival in Iran and beyond. Amen.

Manouchehr’s mother passed away from cancer and he turned to heavy drinking. He was desperate for peace. He called into our Call Center for prayer and council and he asked many questions about Christianity. We explained that the Holy Spirit would comfort him and encouraged him to pray along with our House Church program whenever he was tempted to drink. After a month of conversation, Manouchehr gave his heart to Jesus! He shared, “I have found the Peace of Christ! I have been freed from my addiction and I only wish I knew Jesus sooner.” His brother and other family members were inspired by Manouchehr and prayed to receive Christ! They continue to watch House Church together and host others in their home so they can watch and pray as well.

The tragic loss of his mother pushed Manouchehr to heavy drinking, but it didn’t help the pain he was experiencing. Desperate for peace he reached out to MohabatTV’s call center, which resulted in him giving his heart to the Lord!
Pointing people to Jesus is our highest calling because eternity is at stake!
Manouchehr’s eternity is anchored in heaven because of our faithful partners who choose to sacrificially give to the needs of a nation that is ripe for revival.
Heavenly Father, we declare mass salvations are coming to the nation of Iran and beyond. We thank you that you are at work in the hearts of Iranians and others in the Middle East. Help us keep our hearts anchored in prayer for our brothers and sisters who are in need of a Savior. Amen.

Iraj was depressed, sick, and suicidal. He opened up to a friend one day who just happened to be a MohabatTV caller. That same day his friend called into our Prayer Center and asked for prayers and resources for Iraj. Iraj, desperate for truth and healing, agreed to hear about the Gospel from our team. Over the next few weeks he dove into Scripture, praying and believing that Jesus was his Lord and Savior. Iraj eventually called into one of our live shows and gave his testimony, proclaiming, “Since I have become a Christfollower, I am so happy and full of joy! Jesus has given me new life. My mother has been searching for this joy and I shared the Gospel with her. She also accepted Christ!” Iraj has since become an active member in our MyKelisa, an online discipleship program, and continues to spread the Good News with his neighbors.
We’re so thankful that Iraj had a friend that knew the answer to the problems he faced. The answer was Jesus. The courage of his friend opened a door to a conversation with prayer counselors who were able to lead him in the Salvation prayer. Because his friend had encountered Jesus, he knew that the only answer for Iraj was the Messiah, and he was right!
The impact we have on those around us because of our obedience to share the love of Christ is what will transform the nation of Iran and beyond. We’ve been grafted into the family of God and now we get to invite others to join us. This is where they will find freedom from every lie of the enemy! Let’s be intentional about covering them in our prayers every day.

Heavenly Father, we declare that Jesus is the name above every other name that will be shouted from the rooftops in Iran and beyond. We pray for greater boldness over believers inside the country and that you would protect them and keep them safe. Amen.

Neda’s sister recently passed away and she was left emotionally shattered. She was mourning with no hope and very afraid of her future. One day Neda was praying in desperation, crying to God, and asking for help. She turned on the TV and found one of our shows on MohabatTV. The program’s host was preaching on healing and encouraged the viewers to let God heal their hearts. Neda called our Prayer Center. Right then and there she gave her heart to Christ! She exclaimed, “I am so thankful for the Lord’s grace! He has lifted the spirit of heaviness and set me free. He replaced my mourning with joy. Hallelujah!”

Emotionally shattered and full of despair, Neda reached out to our prayer counselors and found healing for her broken heart. She found Jesus! She testified of his grace and the joy she experienced instead of the mourning she once felt. Only God can touch a heart, shattered by loss, and fill it with joy.
We are called to be a light in the darkness because God promised us, “The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:5).” Neda was in darkness, but MohabatTV was a light that the darkness could not overcome. Praise the Lord!
Heavenly Father, we declare that MohabatTV will continue to be a light in the darkness. We pray that those lost in darkness will be drawn to the light of Jesus and be saved. Amen.
